Shot using my iPhone and "Timelapse". Not bad for my first attempt.

This is using 96 shots taken at about 7 seconds apart.

The bump at the end was because the flash started shooting for the last 10 shots, so tried to fix it! :)

Would've liked to have gone for longer, but it was sitting on my balcony 3 floors up and I could only take so much stress.

4K timelapse video: youtu.be/YW4B-AGsdeg

I love these colors, but the image is too noisy. It could have benefited from a longer exposure.

I used digiCamControl to take this timelapse. It's one of my first tests, and i really liked how everything went. I took 288 shots with 3 sec interval. Used Lightroom to ajust and render to JPG and after that i used After effects to connect everything together. The video is with 4k res, and 24 frames.

Shot out my window, Quartermile, Edinburgh, on a pretty crappy day.

Full manual, 5 second intervals.

A timelapse video (my first attempt!) taken on 15th July 2008. Keep an eye on the sheep at the bottom scuttling around!

The final timelapse from our late summer holiday on the islands of Scotland was shot at the coral beach at Claigan on the Isle of Skye.

A timelapse of two games of "Settlers of Catan", over the course of about 4 hours. Just the raw pictures at 24 fps

Taken with Tokina 11-16/2.8 @ 12. Compiled with startrails and compressed using Handbrake

A timelapse image of ice melting over about 100 minutes.

Annoyingly the camera ran out of power before the ice had completely melted! I'll remember to fully charge my battery next time.

I used the Canon Remote shooting software to capture the images and VirtualDub to stitch them into a movie.

Very cliché I know but (sort of) first attempt. Trying to think of something more ambitious for the future.

First attempt at a timelapse video

The sun is setting, so give it a chance. Towards sunset some clouds appear, then sun goes down, and night begins.

I tried changing the speed of the pictures interval, but this resulted in a few pauses. Next time I'll do it in software only.

A time lapse test with the fujifilm S2 pro but the batteries died on me after about 15 hours

My first attempt at a locked off time lapse.

Finally got a programmable trigger, and started messing with some timelapse... Here's my very first, from my backyard.

One of the first timelapse tests, aiming to get the variables right. Might turn into a project in the near future.

Shot on the beach by the Brighton Pier, using a Nikon D300.

Collection of timelapse set to two tracks from The Sound of Arrows.

I started this timelapse one night when that Delta 4 heavy was supposed to launch from Vandenberg...but it didn't launch. I should have at least kept shooting a timelapse of the night sky.

Created with the following commands:

ffmpeg -i %04d.jpg -vcodec libx264 -bf 0 -crf 12 -vpre medium -an -r 25 -s hd1080 -vf "transpose=2" timelapse.mp4

mencoder -fps 10 -nosound -ovc copy timelapse.mp4 -o timelapse-slow.mp4
