This is another timelapse demo, same position as demo 2, but now more lights and sound :) (from jamendo.com)
A timelapse video made from stills taken from my Canon 60D. The foreground is a bit dark but i was shooting close to the sun without a filter - must use a filter next time
A timelapse movie I took while in Hawaii. Composed of over 600 shots. It started raining right at the end and Mac put his t-shirt over my camera (thanks man).
DCIM\101GOPRO
This is my second effort at timelapse using the GoPro Hero. This time, we shot at night, again using the GoPro suction cup on the inside of the windshield.
See the video here: vimeo.com/clintmilby/timelapse2
Although I was happy with the overall pace of the footage, one problem is clear. No matter how many times we cleaned it, there was a harsh glare coming from the outside lights through the windshield. You can actually see all of the pings and imperfections in the glass which are not noticeable during the day.
Another issue is due to shooting in Houston and that's the humidity. When it's hot and muggy outside, your front windshield will tend to fog even if your running the defroster making shooting from the inside highly problematic.
Even though the GoPro Suction Cup is awesome and has never failed, I'm a bit nervious at the aspect of putting my GoPro Hero on the outside of the car. So I'm going to have to find an additional way to secure it beyond the suction cup.

A lot of HDR frames. Camera went dead for 3 minutes, so i missed the moment the sun went from behind the clouds to the horizon. Sad.
Testing my new intervalometer.
ORWO Chrom UT21 Daylight film simulation
A short timelapse proof of concept i did a few days ago with the D7k on tripod. Have to explore this further.
Compiled using: mencoder "mf://*.JPG" -mf fps=24 -o output-mbd1-vbitrate14400-vpass-gray-crop.avi -vf scale -vf crop=1280:800 -zoom -xy 1280 -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:mbd=1:vbitrate=14400:threads=2:vpass=3:gray
Be sure to iterate vpass from 1 to 3 in n >= 3 runs if you use this command to your create your own video and change threads according to your cores.
Very short timelapse, didn't get enough frames for a longer or smoother one. The comet was beginning to dip below the horizon and I think my camera overheated once or twice. Right click and set it to loop if it isn't already enabled.
Timelapse recording of the summer fair fireworks @ Deventer, The Netherlands.
Made with a Nikon D40 + 8mm peleng fisheye
My first untethered timelapse using my new intervalometer. This was just a bit of fun to see how it worked while traveling to visit my mum on mothers day.

June 13 to July 2 ... and then the batteries died. When things disappear it's because they were dinner.
This is the the timelapse...
Ca. 100 photos, one every minut, 20 sec exposure

I used Quictime Pro, because it was really easy to use and very straightforward
This was actually the first timelapse that was shot during our holiday, as we had arrived on Skye in the early evening and could see that the sunset was setting up to be a nice one, so we drove round to the Totescore/Linicro area to get a good vantage point from which to shoot the sun setting behind the islands of Scotlands Outer Hebrides to the West.
Moved bulk of our stuff out from the Surry Hills apartment yesterday. After 2 years here, we're really going to miss this place.
