Aligned in Photoshop (which doesn't quite seem to have got it perfectly right), then stacked to an image sequence in Quicktime. (See the pattern here?)

A close run thing... who will come out on top?

Jimmy Dean, Link and Frank do enjoy a walk on a nice sunny day.

We live near the James River (the salt water end), a lot of salt gets deposited on the raods - everytime I stop for anything Jimmy Dean, Frank and Link lick the road.

None of the boys like the lawn mower - but Jimmy Dean stays clear of it at all time.

Reciting my own poem, "No Chocolate Spread". Please excuse the mess-up near the end, lol...

A group called "Heroes" performing a cover version of Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl".

Link was gone half the day, at the groomers. When he got back home, he, Frank and Jimmy Dean chased one another around the yard.

Just a quick 360 degree view of my little backyard.

video made for class

After our walk today, Jimmy Dean was a live wire, wanting to play, wanting Link and Frank to chase him - but they ignored him and he was getting touchy - he finally gave up and played with his elephant by his self.

I was loading photos in to Flickr and watching TV when the phone rang - I got up to check the caller-ID (Unknown Caller - I let it ring), but when I came back my seat was taken!

Either Frank is gay or he is trying to be the dominant dog in the pack (even if he is the smallest and youngest) - either way, it's not pretty to watch. And poor Link, what will Jimmy Dean think!

At around 6pm on Monday, it stretched from Canon Row to the West end of Westminster Bridge.

Early on Tuesday, it was forced into the middle of the square.

Time lapse test went wrong again. this time i forgot to check the camera battery level :\ .

229 frames of the intended 720 frame. 5 seconds delay .

Imported into Adobe flash > converted into quicktime video. 229 frames to produce this 9.6 seconds video.

Rough cut of bg music by Aisha Duo - despertar taken from windows sample music.

after we left the drum circle we walked around for a while.

we came across this huge menacing concrete institution.

it looked like an awful place.

it was a homeless shelter.

as we walked past, i heard this incredibly upbeat live music coming from inside.

(i zoomed in because i wasn't sure if the video was picking up the sound.)

(sometimes i forget not to hold the camera sideways when taking video.)

Jimmy Dean, Link and Frank met a new dog on the block - A little loud but it went okay.

Here's my second effort to create a timelapse.

This time I've fixed some mistakes I've made when I was filming the first one. This one I was shooting at full manual doing 3 frames per minute, instead of 2.

As place I've chosen my all time favourite location - Hamburg harbour. I do really love every single piece of this beautiful view, so I could even stand on that roof till morning, but I got cold and my battery ran low after 350 frames.

Actually, the idea was to show a beautiful sunset above all these cranes, but the weather of Hamburg as always made everything to go wrong, and after half an hour of shooting the sky became totally grey. But hopefully I will make couple more videos on the same place, only with different view.

Time lapse photography using nikon camera control pro 2 connected to D40 via USB.

Not the most convenient way to do timelapse, but its good to know it can be done. Nikon doesnt have any intervalometer for my D40/D80(they only produce intervalometer for those higher end slr), but there is a 3rd party timelapse device made by PClix for a number of PNS / dSLR. its quite pricey tho.

360 frames for this 15sec video. so its a 24fps video. Imported into Adobe flash then converted into quicktime video. no sound added. ;)

6.20pm-6.50pm.

The replica/reconstructed Colossus at Bletchley Park, calculating a sequence. Not strictly a video, this (it's what QuickTime calls an "image sequence", stacked in Photoshop); it's also about twice the speed of real life, I think. Still, who can resist blinkenlights?

Jimmy Dean, Link and Frank weave in and out and around one another while walking and braid the leads in to a mess.

While walking the dogs, I have to stop about every 10 minutes or 1/4 mile to un-braid their leads - they jockey for position and get all tied up.

While on a walk, Jimmy Dean dropped to the ground and started rolling. I noticed that he had found a dead, smashed, dried little snake to roll on.

USS Midway.

26 seconds.

This is a High Definition version of this video.

I wasn't happy with the way flickr lowered the quality of the original video, so I redid the whole thing in HD. You should have a button on the bottom right of the player to switch to HD. I recommend watching it full screen as well, I love all the lights and reflections :)

As said on the previous upload:

Went to the main station in Ghent for a small time-lapse video. I took 1090 photos, one every 3 seconds, so that's about one hour of platform life you see. Then I turned them into this movie with 15 photos per second. Check the setup here. Had to stop early because there weren't any trains for about 40 mins on that platform :(

Time-lapse is fun! The green hoody guy at the end and start is me :) The shadows on the floor are mine too, whoops! If you look close enough you can see the clock changing! But it's a bit bright.

#1 on April 18, 2009!! Thanks everyone! It's great to see a video can be appreciated as much as a photo :)

Silly short clip we made after the 4amproject photowalk. One take, and the music was played from a cellphone during the acting. And there was also no script involved, in case you're wondering. :-P The last part is not advisable for impressionable viewers. :-)
