This is Matt Chandler and his son. Matt is one of the leaders and founders of the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, Missouri (IHOP-KC). He and his family came out to Colorado for thanksgiving and I did a shoot for their family plus all the rest of the Perkins Clan. Great men and women of God these people are. Ones that I highly look up to.

I am thinking of them like a wrestling double-act. If anybody could take on the UBU/Tusk Juggernaut, it's this pair. That Doge is a menace.
Equal opposing madnesses, even, though I know which side I would be on, or rather am on, having yet to affect sublime indifference.
So here they are, the oiled-up marathoners, Spartans 'R' Us, assuming the 'Ready Position', even, with the lead firmly placed in their revolving pencils (there's an image).
Rest assured, both are wearing loincloths over (not backless) athletic pouches (Invisible details), and no jiggery pokery is suggested (none at all, at all, to be sure).

This image is of the Sun Dial at the Chinnese Gardens on the Tacoma WA Waterfront on Commencement Bay, The image was taken between heavy storms.
An experiment with time lapse today, ready for my short film I'm in the process of making. Filmed with a Canon EOS 500D and edited with Windows Movie Maker.

Film is a funny thing. Thanks to the passage of time, a photo that wasn't printed in the early 90's can lie forgotten in a sock drawer, just another dusty last frame on a roll. But this is my dad. He died last year and this was taken when he and my mother visited me in London. It's the kind of image you'll never get with digital and because of that the future will be all the poorer. RIP Dad x

I like these more "primitive" old time roses because of their incredible fragrance. They generally only bloom once a year but when they do, they are spectacular.
This bloom is about five inches accross.
