Yesterday afternoon I went to take some photographs in the fields, the weather was mild, lot's of clouds and a menace of storms made the sky beautiful for an afternoon photo session.
I came across this old man who reminded me of something I had forgotten. He was sitting on an old chair, the whole afternoon, in the middle of his fields of fruit trees, caring for them, watching them, taking his time, time to think.
Nowadays we no longer have time to think about our future, we make decisions burdened by time, time that has been alienated from us. This old man reminded me that before we had time, I already had forgotten.
I'll be posting some pictures of these fields in the coming days, fruit tree fields, vineyards, little field trails, and lot's of beautiful stormy clouds.

I had time today to do whatever it was that I wanted. Felt so good. No rushing about! :)
I think I'm going to start taking more self portraits.. I need to build up my confidence on the other side of the camera :)

Week 17 -2014 "Black and White
Wasn't sure about making it square or not... the spoon throws it off centre?
Tonal slider in the bright green section gave the strongest colour for the red KitKat wrapper, and the dark vignette helped even out the tonal range, I thought... and yes, I ate it once the "photoshoot" was over! lol
