Capture taken during our summer vacation time in the Provence region. After mixed success trying to capture the stars in the Dolomites another attempt here in southern France. Beside the mosquitos around, the surrounding light pollution does not make the capture a true improvement..still learning...Good remaining, move back to the Dolomites from Thursday onwards. Thanks, Udo.

When Millie asked my advice the other day on what to do when being chased by a bull, I replied that she ought to run away, as hard and as fast as she could……And to cross her paws for good luck….Because she was going to need it…..Well I never gave it another thought, thinking to myself that will never happen….until today….When I saw Millie being chased by a very angry looking bull with horns that looked as if they could do some real damage if put in the right place….Well one thing for sure, Millie took heed of my advise ….And even remembered to cross her paws…..Which brought her all the luck that she needed as I watched in amazement as the bull turn into Jazz……..Which left me thinking it is no wonder why I love having fun loving Shelties around on our walks…

En Rauch la producción es mixta: ganadera y agrícola.
Noviembre y especialmente diciembre, es tiempo de cosecha de cereales y forrajeras.
En la fotografía se observan los granos maduros de mezcla de diferentes forrajeras, las cuales luego de segadas son enfardadas para almacenar.
La alimentación del ganado dependerá de estos pastos secos, en épocas en que los campos producen poco pastos naturales por falta de lluvias o fríos intensos.
Contemplando estas tierras en sus atardeceres silenciosos, no hay que esforzarse, para comprender que la felicidad habita en lo simple y que cada instante es un regalo.

The truck peeking through the "natural frame" of the dilapidated wagon is a staple of photos taken in Bodie, and I took quite a few more on that last trip. But here I looked for one of my "interesting angles" framing the truck with the wagon.
A newlywed couple takes time out from the wedding party and enjoys the sun and the beautiful view of Oslo. When I started my flickr account about 10 years ago, I didn't know much about photography. Today I run my own business as a photographer and one of the many things I do as a photographer is photographing weddings. The joy that photography has given me over the years has now helped me create my own livelihood.
