This is a portion of a huge stone barn complex built in the "Gilded Age" (1880-early 1900s) on the estate which is now Colt State Park in Bristol, Rhode Island in the United States. Samuel Pomeroy Colt (1852 - 1921) was an industrialist and politician from Rhode Island. He was a nephew of the arms maker, Samuel Colt, but made his wealth independent of anything to do with his uncle. He formed the United States Rubber Company, later called Uniroyal, the largest rubber company in the nation. He had prize cows here on the farmland of his estate, known as The Colt Farm. The barn was immaculate and provided the very best for his beloved cows, including being heated in the Winter. The vast amount of land at The Colt Farm was always open to the public to enjoy, even while he and his family lived in a nearby mansion in Bristol. The Colt Farm is now known as Colt State Park, ceded to the State of Rhode Island by Colt family members in 1968 and it continues to welcome all to enjoy it. It also is an important place for all kinds of wildlife.

The wheelie-bins are lined up at the end of the day ready for the bin lorry to empty them after all the customers have long gone. Seen outside W.H.Smiths in Newark.

A case of seeing the theme and then making it your own!
No PEOPLE - one of the rules! So this is a Dolls House figure and a rather battered one too.
THREE IN A ROW - the theme! My three identical black plastic miniature chairs are all lined up.
So its 'Crazy Tuesday' and if it puts a smile on your face who really cares that much!
She really is a 'scruffy' character - came from that 'auction' site and cost all of £0.99. She has to be worth more than that even wearing that skirt! And that hair ... !
