THREE KINGS DAY...
Sixth of January, Twelfth Night, three kings day, The day of Epiphany – when the three wise men came – is the day after, on 6 January.
The New Testament does not give the names of the Magi.
However, traditions and legends identify a variety of different names for them.
In the Western Christian church, they have all been regarded as saints and are commonly known as:
Melchior, a Persian scholar;
Caspar, is often considered to be an Indian scholar.
Balthazar a Babylonian scholar.
Three gifts are explicitly identified in Matthew: gold, frankincense, and myrrh,
Since English translations of the Bible refer to them as "men who studied the stars", they are believed to have been astrologers, who could foresee the birth of a "Messiah" from their study of the stars.
The day is celebrated in many different cultures still.
Three Bromeliads, sprayed gold. LOL, like crowned kings, LOL
Have a super day and thank you, M, (*_*)

Not all monsters are bad
But the ones who are good
Never do what they could, never do what they could
All the good monsters rattle their chains
And dance around the open flames
They make a lot of empty noise

Please do ignore the annoying grain, and I will try to do so too.

I can NOT believe I made it all the way to day 300!!! I didn't even realize it was day 300 until I went to upload my photo :D
I was tagged again by her.
1. I'm really unsure about the tones here... I was just playing around with curves :D
2. I can't wait until January because after that I won't have math for a WHOLE FREAKING YEAR!!!! Wooot!! So excited!!! :D
3. I hate math :( Especially algebra *barf face*
4. I'm excited for school to end forever and to have my own house and job and everything :) I'm excited to grow up...
5. CHRISTMAS IS IN 17 DAYS!!!
6. And my birthday is in 29 days!!
7. I really wanna dye my hair... What color do you think?
8. Right now I'm wearing old pants that I found while packing. They are too small (size 5) and the button broke off so all that's holding them together right now is my belt :D They're currently digging into my legs... But I kinda like them :)
9. It was actually soooo warm outside today!! I wasn't even cold in my T-shirt and skirt!! It was a whole 8 degrees Celsius. Yes. That's warm.
10. I'm really gonna miss this field when we move :( But I think it will challenge me more, because right now I can just go outside and take some hair-flip or jumping pictures in the field when I don't have inspiration, but there I'll actually have to think about what I'm doing...

That's one Taeyang, three Pullips, and five Dals! I don't think I'll get another doll anymore, I'm really happy with who I have.
My dolls were all dressed in black and white today and I thought it would be nice to take a picture. It's my first time to attempt a family photo, and it's not easy! I'm going to try taking another group photo, but I don't think I'll do it anytime soon...

Three of the four headframes at Chatterley Whitfield Colliery are lit up briefly by the winter sun. Sadly the future of the site is far less bright as this scheduled monument is left to decay.

Rodeo Beach, CA - 2013 I have been to this location too many times to recall. I always end up having something happen that is not to my satisfaction. Either user error, the light being off, the tide causing issues, it just has never really worked. I still don't feel like I have hit upon what I want, but for now this will be a hold over until I do. Persistence will pay off.
