Hinda Kremer Nathan, October 21, 1919 to October 3, 2010
Our friend, Hinda, the quilter, passed away October 3, 2010. She would have been 91 on October 21. She had moved from The Regency to a board and care, and when her daughter was emptying her apartment she gave, at Hinda's request, one of Hinda's thimbles to each of the three of us who were her Scrabble partners. She was a dear woman, a strong spirit, and we all still miss her very much three years later.

My friend, Hinda, the quilter, passed away Sunday afternoon. She would have been 91 on October 21. I'm posting this image of Hinda's thimble in memoriam. I know she's in good hands wherever she is.
