Dov'era l'ombra, or sé la quercia spande
morta, né più coi turbini tenzona.
La gente dice: Or vedo:era pur grande!
Pendono qua e là dalla corona
i nidietti della primavera.
Dice la gente: Or vedo:era pur buona!
Ognuno loda, ognuno taglia. A sera
ognuno col suo grave fascio va.
Nell'aria, un pianto… d'una capinera
che cerca il nido che non troverà.

Where was the shadow, or the oak itself was consumed
dead, nor with tensile turbines.
People say: Or I see: it was great!
They weave here and there from the crown
spring nidiets.
People say: Or I see: it was still good!
Everyone praises, each one cuts. In the evening
each with its grave bundle goes.
In the air, weeping ... of a blackcap
looking for the nest she will not find.

The water flowing down the rocks of Jacobs Falls makes a rush of texture. The cascading whisps dangle like ribbons in the wind.
This is a classic scene from Venice, and I decided to make it more classical by adding about seven textures to the final result. This is a spot you have to go to in the morning to get that sun, since I'm facing the east here. I wish it was a sunset location, since I hate waking up early. I love sleeping in, like a cat.

There once was a tenor named Ted
Who followed his dreams where they led
But when it was his turn to sing
He cried, "It's just not my thing!"
And ducked under a leaf instead.
My texture created with Procreate and iColorama.
Free for anyone to use. Attribution to "done by deb" or "Deb's Artography" would be very much appreciated.

Another festival and another ferris wheel just begging for some attention so here she is. This lovely texture is called Turquoise Spotted Texture by Kerstin Frank. Thank you Kerstin!
I think I'm becoming obsessed with ferris wheels! Please view large and on black!
Looking for a place to set down my camera bag, I noticed this small colourful and textured scene on the headland at Stone Beach, Algoma District.
"Goslings - Ouch! Texture!" by Patti Deters. Two little baby geese play in the grass and one of them reaches out and appears to take a bit of the other, who reacts with an open beak and look of surprise, or perhaps pain. These spring goslings were cute to watch as they ran around for the longest time nipping and chasing each other. A light texture with the hint of a frame has been applied for artistic effect.
