St Mary, Dalham, Suffolk
One of the loveliest settings of any English church, high on a ridge beside the Hall looking over this prettiest of Suffolk villages across the valley into Cambridgeshire.
The church is full of interest, with surviving medieval wall paintings and a rood screen dado, as well as a fine series of memorials to the Affleck family.

If I'm the only copy editor to try to read the 15th edition of the Chicago Manual of Style from cover to cover upon its arrival in the mail, then ... Wait, this isn't the 15th edition. This must be my old manual, because the font is totally different and 2- and 3-em dashes are now covered in 6.95. God, I'm so stupid!! Uurrrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhh!!!
