First test run. Vacuum pressure is still building.... bubbles starting to form in water. After the vacuum built up a little longer, they "boiled" to the top.

My old Panasonic Lumix screen cracked for some reason whilst in Brighton so have bought a Sony HX50 which is a bit clunkier but has a 30x optical zoom and other bells and whistles.
Considering the weekly focus, I expect to be seeing a lot of these this week! :)
I think the red and green will be a festive treat this Christmas season!
Test of Yashica Penta J 35mm SLR. Shot on Ilford HP5+ with Yashinon 50mm f/2 cocking lens. Developed in Xtol stock + 1:100 Rodinal 8.5 minutes. Scanned with Canoscan 8600f.
It works and seems to be pretty accurate throughout all shutter speeds, but opening back up after cocking the lens doesn't happen very well. Perfectly peachy with any other lens though.
Testing with a budget lighting setup;
Yongnuo 560 II in an umbrella & an old praktica 1600a.
Praktica was triggered with a Yongnuo radio trigger and the Yongnuo 560 II triggered in slave mode.
Still learning how to use a flash - it's like learning photography all over again.

Testing the Sigma 30 mm on a D70s at Ritz camera, I took this pic and the next through the open door. At f8-10 its sharp.
Testing Voxels performance, Voxel certainly have more feature than BlockArt, copy paste selection, paint blocks, adaptive grid system, light placement and color and all, but the two finger rotate view is weird gesture imo, consistently made mistakes with this gesture, rotating or zooming, one at a time, can't be both.

Before anything, test your controls, and the ability to create water at a certain temperature setpoint. Here you can see the silly cardboard wind tunnel for the Relay Heatsink... Turns out that it didn't really get hot at all, and thus didn't need such of an overkill cooling system.
