Testing out my new Haida Pro-100 filter holder with the polariser on the Canon 70-200 f4L lens.

1 Dec 09. At 4:16 p.m. I finally got a tiny Gorillapod for my tiny Canon and had to test it a little on my way to a grocery store.

I have a bigger Gorillapod for my dslr and now that it seems to be dark all the time it's been extremely helpful. I also have a regular tripod, but I tend to use the Gorillapod more often. Even the bigger one fits in my bag and it's easy to carry around. The tiny one probably fits in the pocket of my coat.

Un interessante test di Panning letto su una rivista ove non e' il soggetto a muoversi, ma l'obbiettivo zoom! ..

Quick tests between 70-200VR and 70-200IS. Results were surprising. 70-200IS focuses much faster, and the IS was more stable at 200mm. The VR lens was very sharp and benefitted from wider depth of field on the cropped D300 sensor. The DOF on the 5D's FF sensor is very shallow. The 70-200VR was an awesome range on a D300. The resulting range was 105-300mm.

The Bricks Guys demonstrate a few issues: red being too vibrant (Score's hat) and a little splotchiness (Jed's hand).

Testing the voltage regulator circuits on the base board. The breadboard and jumper wire on the right connects the right pins on the motor PCB connector to simulate the cassette-inserted switch.

Joey gave me a tour of NASA after our run this morning.

This is the first test pull of the Deathstroke mask. It is very rough around the edges, but this lets me test the fit, and lets me really see exactly where I need the most work.

My first test shots are always from my terrace. It's a good place to shoot from and I can compare image quality of one camera against another more easily. You can see Astoria, Long Island City, and Manhattan in this photo.

It was overcast and foggy. Later, it rained so I didn't go out and shoot. This is the widest angle, 28 mm. I bumped up the saturation for this shot. It looks better given the gray day.

Was waiting for my Colleagues to start our meeting, when i thought of testing my cam, i took this shot from my car roof :P guess it turned out to be goodie LOL

s3eed, Genial and The Pretty thank you very much for the productive day we had :)

one more meeting to go inshallah :)

Good Luck all

PS didnt feel like editing this one, as my new precious cam deleted ALL of my good shots and left me with this one :(
