Sarah took the Basic Rider's Course offered by the state of Illinois. She took it June 6th-8th, 2008, at SIUE. Here she is on the range on Sunday doing one of the riding tests. This is the start of the figure 8 maneuver, which she executed perfectly! I rode up to watch for about 20 minutes. It was a very hot day--92 degrees--so I didn't stay long, but snapped pictures of two of the tests. She passed the course and can now get her motorcycle endorsement on her license. She is already looking for a motorcycle to buy. Quote of the weekend from her: "I don't understand why everyone doesn't ride motorcycles."

Ookla's Speedtest app shows relatively slow downloads for Starlink on my iPad mini 6 and on a review ThinkPad X13s that then increased as each test proceeded. This photo also illustrates how much space you have on the right side of the aisle, since JSX replaced the aisle row of seats with a padded table; the two cupholders in it are below the laptop.
