If you’d like to view my images larger… While I only allow my contacts to view my larger images (I generally upload at least 800px images on the long axis)…
a quick workaround I might suggest is to view my photostream as a slideshow. Works well for me. This is frequently how I view others’ ‘streams, and it will put a large image on black. just click the projector screen icon next to the stream or set. : )

finally hooked up to the pump. It... kind of works, there's some heavy overshoot and I will have to tweak the controls a bit. Other than that there are no problems what so ever, so I'm quite happy.
Honor Art Term One 2009-2010 Final
Description:
honors art students will complete a composition, with at least 9 drawn images, using the requirements listed below. they will be given paper to start the drawing in class on monday 11/9 and have until the end of class finals day, w 11/11 to complete. i recommend you prepare over the weekend.
Objectives:
you will draw based on the theme, “honors art class- what i learned”. your work will be scored in the areas content, color, craft, and commitment.
Recall the “anatomy of an a-h-w”. you will follow the same guidelines:.
q consideration for composition, design, and negative space
q framing, a line that encloses
q headline- a unique, clever title
q date
q color scheme of 4 hues + neutrals
q color: oil pastels, color pencils, watercolor, mixed media, collage, consider a background value
q journal: artistically hand written within /surrounding drawing
q only draw with a pen, no pencils! this will cause you to work slowly. you are also making a commitment to take your time. be confident in your markings
you need to include images that reference the following in your drawing:
q the “new” process you discovered, studied, and implemented (project 2)
q self: you, your feelings, hopes, dreams, the work you did, doubts, fears
q 2nd hour routines/habits
q Describe the style of the artist mrs. yackel chose for your project 3- how did you “make it your own?”
q project- your best success and why
q sketchbook or inspiration board
q color scheme: choose 4 hues and design an original swatch
q your major of choice and tools you used
q Analyze an artwork studied in class or seen on the field trip.
Title, artist, medium, and year
When you analyze an artwork you will tell how the subject matter and elements of the work have been organized. To do this, think of the elements of art — line, shape, form, and color. How do the elements work together to create unity, balance, harmony, contrast, and movement? How do the colors contribute to the artwork? Where do you see complementary colors used? How does this affect the contrast? How are the elements of the work arranged?

For an explanation of the festival, see the description in the set. Photos in the set are arranged chronologically to aid in understanding the event. Unfortunately, I've written the photo descriptions with the assumption that the set description was read first. That is likely not the case.
