Do you remember that movie The Sandlot? This dog is THE BEAST from that movie. This was an 8 foot fence, and the dog's bark was a deep, booming reminded that SK and I were only a cinder block wall away from imminent death.
A terrifying drive to finish, driving blind and down into a big dip. The par four hole is straight, but no less intimidating for that.
The advantage of being on the "Safari Bus" is that you can see the terrified look of unsuspecting passengers when a baboon decides to climb aboard your vehicle.
Attended a seance at the historic (and haunted) Dudley House in Ventura, CA. As we were walking past the powder room, the medium, very agitated, asked for my cell phone camera. This is what she shot -- a humanesque shadow, lower right.
I recommend going.
There will be two performances per evening, October 26th through the 28 th at 7pm and 9pm. The cost is $20 per guest. The Historic Dudley House is located at 197 N. Ashwood in Ventura. Seating is very limited and reservations are required.
