Robert is sporting the 100% cotton tee which provides breathability and the Skyline Slate color helps hide the dirt and grease TechOps employees encounter in their jobs.
Derek is wearing the yellow ANSI jacket for TechOps and Ground Service employees that is both waterproof and windproof and has reflective tape that extends over and around the jacket. Note the clear I.D. pocket on the chest so employees' Delta I.D.'s can always be visible and dry. The jacket also features a convertible hood that can be worn over headphones and stows into the collar when not needed and a heat transfer logo at the backside of the garment for additional visibility. He is also wearing rain pants with reflective taping incorporating the Delta widget and made of the same lightweight fabric of the jacket.
Lynden Air Cargo L-100 (civilian C-130) flight, apparently picking up components from Delta TechOps needed to repair a 767-400ER at LAX.

On December 2, Delta TechOps and volunteers from other departments in Atlanta hosted the 35th annual Christian City Holiday in the Hangar party at the Delta Flight Museum. The event hosted 66 kids from Christian City and Calvary Holmes for a magical night of fun that included visits from Atlanta sports organizations, food, games and gifts from Santa, purchased by Delta elves.
Seattle hosted its 6th annual Holiday in the Hangar-Santa Express event on December 13. Over 80 Delta volunteers welcomed 105 students from the YMCA of Greater Seattle selected from two different Title I schools who participate in the YMCA’s afterschool programs. Volunteers made the day magical with a flight to the North Pole, gifts, and a food bag sent home with every family to help during the holidays – plus a special visit from Santa Claus himself!
