Lynden Air Cargo L-100 (civilian C-130) flight, apparently picking up components from Delta TechOps needed to repair a 767-400ER at LAX.
After a $3MM make over, Delta is now overhauling T-tail aircraft in the former Northwest hangar on the south side of ATL. Originally built by Southern Airways in 1970's

Best I can tell, there are 2 A330-900’s, 2 737s and 2 MD-88's inside this cavernous facility. This was taken before the A339’s entered into service for Delta.
