Prats de Mollo la Preste was once a walled town defending the northern border of Catalonia against the French.
However, the Treaty of the Pyrenees in 1659 divided Catalonia between France and Spain so its role was changed.
The large fort on the hill, Fort Lagarde, was built by Vauban (who else?) in 1683 as much to keep the locals under control as to defend against the Spanish after the locals rebelled against French rule up until 1667.

Robots were in action on Saturday, Jan. 21, at Penn State York when 35 teams of middle and high school students took part in the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) South Central PA Regional Qualifier, a robotics competition. More than 500 attendees, including competitors, volunteers, and spectators attended the event. The finalist alliance, or second place winners, included Imagine It from Palmyra, Pennsylvania; Metal Works from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and GearHounds, from York, Pennsylvania. This was the seventh time the campus has hosted an FTC event.

In 2009, I was asked by Indiana Tech's women's soccer coach to photograph soccer games. It was my first paying gig and it was pretty sweet. These are some of my favorites.
The doors of tech are strange and take a couple of years of re-programming to figure out. They are not consistent throughout the building. On the left side picture, the right-most door is a push door. On the right side picture, the right-most door is a pull door. But there's not handle, so you can't actually pull it open and you have to go through the left door. I think one of my friends ran into that door several times one day when we were looking for a meeting.
