The pair of Ford GTs, number 66 and 67 seemed to spend most of the afternoon flying in formation.

I really like the look of the aggressive aerodynamics of the new car; looking forward to see how they do in the rest of the season.

Collette's Catering did a wonderful job making sure that every Quinceañera and their guests were well fed.

These photos were offered by L Cpl William Grey, helicopter mechanic in the US Marine Corps. Will has been a Zen student since 1999. He continues his studies with Genpo Roshi by e-mail, both koan study and dokusan, during his last deployment in 2006, and is set to deploy to Iraq again in October 2007 to April 2008.

Working a seven day or seven night , 12 hour shift in accommodation you can glimpse in this photoset, with a day off to do his laundry, Will has little opportunity to practice zazen. His practice is a total commitment to his task, on which the lives of others depend – being completely present and proficient in the tedium and when the mortar bombs fall.

Fully involved in the normal comradeship of his unit, Will’s Zen is known and respected by his friends.

Regional Gliding School (Atlantic), Debert, Nova Scotia

Glider Pilot Scholarship cadets and staff from Baron Flight excited to go flying after a few bad weather days.

The Regional Gliding School (Atlantic), in Debert, N.S., is one of four Cadet Summer Training Centres in Atlantic Canada. Cadets from across Canada are at the school this summer learning how to fly gliders. The school also has three satellite locations, in Waterville, N.S., Moncton, N.B., and Gander, N.L. where cadets from across the region are learning how to fly single-engine aircraft this summer. Through participation in the Cadet Program, young people develop valuable life skills in teamwork, citizenship, leadership and physical fitness while having fun and meeting new friends.

Cadets is one of Canada's most successful youth programs, the Cadet Program aims to develop in youth the attributes of good citizenship and leadership, promote physical fitness and stimulate the interest of youth in sea, land and air activities of the Canadian Forces.

At 3100 acres, Scarborough Marsh is the largest salt marsh in the state of Maine. Each spring and fall, the Scarborough Marsh Audubon Center, in conjunction with Friends of Scarborough Marsh, National Audubon, and Toyota TogetherGreen, holds a marsh cleanup to remove trash that accumulates on the edges of the marsh. On Saturday, 10/27/12, nearly 70 volunteers, including Boy Scouts from Troop 39 and members of the Scarborough High School Key Club, showed up to pick trash up from in and around the marsh and to stow canoes safely for the anticipated arrival of Tropical Storm Sandy. More than 40 bags of trash were picked up and brought to the nature center and another 10 bags of debris were removed from the beaches adjacent to the marsh. by M.KATHLEEN KELLY/FOR AUDUBON ©

My daughters were outside for a couple minutes without me, and when I came out and called them they came running - yelling "Mom, some ants are carrying a caterpillar!"

Well, it was mostly my 3 1/2 year old was yelling that. ;) But they were so excited! I had no idea what they were talking about so I had them show me. And sure enough, this is what we found. The caterpillar (I have no idea what kind) was really tiny - only about an inch long. These two were working together trying to carry it back to wherever their anthill is.

I'm adding this to "ID Please" because I'm super-curious what kind of caterpillar that is.
