The bees and butterflies are working fervently to get the pollen before the freezing weather comes!

  

It's kind of funny..When I worked for a large corporation in the later years, they had so many meetings about teamwork...I personally thought that it was pretty bad that they had to have meetings to remind people to in essense help eachother ! When I first started there everyone always pitched in and helped one another.. Just like these busy bees! ; )
