ZURBwired 2012: Meet Family Giving Tree, a bay area non-profit organization that fulfills the exact holiday wish and provides backpacks filled with school supplies to those children in the most need in our communities.
The ZURBwired 24-hour marathon is where our team and the team from one lucky local nonprofit get together to do something great in 24 hours. We spend the day helping the nonprofit solve a big challenge; whether it be marketing for an upcoming event, or completely overhauling their brand—and we get it all done in 24 hours.
ZURB is a close-knit team of product designers that help companies design better (www.zurb.com).
Good: They oriented the mattress with a corner in front, giving access to two edges for pushing.
Less good: They all push down on top of the mattress, increasing friction.
But the main point was physical training, not efficient pushing.
Ein besonderes Erlebnis !! Es war die ruhigste und harmonischste Baustelle die ich in meinem Leben bisher gesehen habe.
Mensch und Tier ziehen - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes- an einem Strang ;o)
