Group of workers fixing the stairs which lead to the White Pagoda in the Bai Hai Park in Beijing.

Six workers to move one stone? When I worked in a construction company, during my highschool vacations, we also needed two people and two fancy clamps to move one curb stone. This block here looks two to three times bigger. If they would have had a forklift they could not have used it because it was a steep hill accessible only by stairs.

Given the situation this way of lifting is the most flexible and fastest way.

As an independent film maker, I usually have to do most of the work myself - including, but not limited to: Director, actor, key grip, script, director of photography and director of audiography, as well as camera assistant and production assistant.

Equipment: Canon EOS 550D with 24-105mm f/4.0 L lens, RØDE NTG2 with boompole and H4n Zoom recorder, a halogen floodlight, CN-126 ledpanel, photo umbrella, reflector, and a home made camera rig (Easy Go). Also various tripods.

I made this picture by combining 10 layers of pictures, taken by Anders Øvergaard with a Canon EOS 5D with a 24-70 f/2.8 L lens.

Teamwork is a big part of MMORPG. Certain quests require groups which make the player interact and be social.

Astronauts from five space agencies around the world take part in ESA’s CAVES training course– Cooperative Adventure for Valuing and Exercising human behaviour and performance Skills.

The three-week course prepares astronauts to work safely and effectively in multicultural teams in an environment where safety is critical.

As they explore caves they encounter caverns, underground lakes and strange microscopic life. They test new technology and conduct science – just as if they were living on the International Space Station.

The six astronauts have to rely on their own skills, teamwork and ground control to achieve their mission goals – the course is designed to foster effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, leadership and team dynamics.

#mycrcs #teamwork beat 5th ranked South Seneca 4-2 in round one of the Sectionals.

Teamwork is not a strange concept to us these days. I don’t think it’s been a strange concept for ages, actually. Though certainly a couple decades ago, I think (?) there was greater impetus among corporations, etc. to have employees learn more about teamwork. The church has been in the business of teamwork for centuries (though not always successfully).

When Jesus sent the disciples off on their donkey-fetching-errand, (Matthew 21:1-11, again) he sent two of them out, as a team. My guess—and this is totally my guess—is that either one of them could have done it alone. But Jesus may have hoped they would learn and grow together, by having minister together. Clearly, by the Gospel accounts, the disciples didn’t always work well together. No surprise there. They were human, after all. But look at the result of their growth and learning and faithfulness!

I am grateful for the teamwork experiences I have had in my life—especially the positive ones. I am grateful for the fact that I’m a co-pastor, and with my husband. I give thanks for the staff and ministry teams here at Christ Covenant Church. I am blessed by the friends and family members in my life who have been in my life. And I am grateful to God for giving me these people, teams, experiences, and ministry.

Supplies are October Afternoon's Rocket Age line. I'm currently at my in-laws' home for the holidays, and I realize that I forgot the wallet size photo of my son (among other things! Wish I'd brought more buttons and other accents) - thus the empty mat on the bottom right. Anyway, I'm glad I was able to finally scrap my son's soccer team from this past year; my hubby was the coach.

Brother and sister's arms weren't long enough to carry the boards as individuals, so they figured out it would work to carry them as a team nearer the tapered ends. The sister was in the process of dropping the larger board to regrip it further to the rear. Malaga Cove, CA USA

Moorland (Common) Hawkers - mating pair

Our only opportunity of capturing a mating pair were these two who flew high along the tree-line before settling high up and well beyond reach.

After allowing them time to relax, Doug, Jerry and I took turns to lower the bough to allow the other two a chance of a photograph.

Their angle and careful balancing on a steep slope allowed my first paired opportunity of this most spectacular hawker. Not perfect, but it'll do until next time.

Thought of doing this with Hasbi and the fam this year. Hasbi’s memory power is MashaAllah. Sometimes, he will be the one who will correct my recitation of certain verses. Ayah and Ummi bukan pakar Al-Quran but we hope our kids will be equipped with knowledge of the Quran. That’s our saham akhirah. This kind of thing must start since young sebab it takes years to build. Dunia pun dunia, but akhirah is our final destination. Our time is very short. Kadang-kadang tengok tiktok vids of how we are gonna be buried, rasa insaf tu tak boleh nak cakap ah. Then ada satu video of this patient in a hosp, depan this patient is this nenek yang tengah nazak but they covered her bed space with the hosp curtains. So basically dengar suara nenek tu menjerit behind the curtains. The way she kept shouting sebab nampak certain things during her final moments memang menginsafkan. May He ease our departing moments. Kita kalau boleh nak meninggal dalam keadaan husnul khotimah.

Jessie and Sydney working together to make a sand castle. I dug the moat around the castle and was helping them with the castle...but then I had to stop. I felt rather uncomfortable because these two guys kept pacing back and forth over by the cave where we had our stuff. And my camera bag with my camera was over there. I kept eying them and telling Jane that they were making me very nervous. Finally I delegated the sand castle building duties to the kids and I went to fetch my camera. :)
