Flaky-barked Tea-tree, Leptospermum trinervium, with white flowers, and each leaf has three fairly inconspicuous veins. Royal National Park, NSW Australia, November 2012.

A beautiful flowering Tea Tree. Best guess based on its proximity to water is Leptospermum polygalifolium. [Wentworth Falls, Upper Blue Mountains, NSW]

I think this may be the Stiff Tea Tree (Leptospermum arachnoides), though I shall have to return during its flowering period to confirm! [Faulconbridge, Blue Mountains, NSW.]

Tiny, tiny, tiny.

 

I've seen these in the bush of New South Wales many times, but really enjoyed this arrangement today because it showed the full lifecycle. I spent a while reading thru my book on native Australian plants, but haven't found its name yet.

A little dainty red tea-tree bloom emerges early from its bud.
