1-Bom isso não é muita novidade que eu fiquei doente esse ano. Mas para maiores esclarecimentos eu tenho um tumor no crânio, inicialmente eu poderia perder a visão, agora corro o risco de morrer de pressão intracraniana, palavras do meu médico u.ú. Mas ele não é Deus, e fé é o que eu mais tenho agora. To em tratamento com 6 médicos, neurologista, endócrina, nutricionista, psicóloga, cardiologista e gastro cirurgião. Até o final do ano to entrando na faca rs. Minha cirurgia deve ser marcada na minha próxima consulta com o gastro. Eles vão fazer um encanamento dentro d mim rs que vai da barriga pra coluna e sobe para a cabeça, assim a pressão diminui e o tumor vai embora
2-Uma coisa que ta sendo muito difícil de lidar é eu devido aos medicamentos que eu tomei pra diminuir a pressão no crânio, me causou diabetes e em 2 meses aumentei 17 kg por causa do cortisona. Perdi muitas roupas por causa disso e pra mim tem sido muito muito difícil.
3-Estou no penúltimo semestre de Design Gráfico. O começo do ano pensei em trancar a matricula, mas fiquei firme e continuei. Ontem soube que passei em todas as matérias e fiquei muito feliz. To pra chorar ainda, por que quem me conhece sabe o quanto esse semestre foi difícil, fiquei quase 2 meses sem aparecer na faculdade, internei pela segunda vez, e toda semana aparecia algo diferente relacionado a dor. Mas meus professores foram muito bons pra mim e graças a Deus deu tudo certo, agora é ir ainda mais forte para o ultimo semestre da faculdade e no final do ano já estarei formada!!
4-Bom eu tenho 2 pais. Minha mãe não se casou com meu pai de sangue (digamos assim), e quando eu tinha 2 anos ela conheceu meu pai do coração. Apenas 5 anos depois eles se casaram, mas ele é meu paizão pra toda vida. Sempre esteve presente, e mesmo numa época que ele e minha mãe terminaram o namoro, ele me ligava sempre e dizia que eu era filha dele. Hoje, 14 anos depois somos muitooos felizes. Ele é um pai maravilhoso e faz eu e minha mamys muito feliz =D. Bom eu não vou deixar de falar do meu pai de sangue, apesar de não morarmos juntos, e ter uma época que ele ficou distante, agora estamos próximos e ele me liga sempre, e vem me ver 1 vez por ano pq mora em Manaus.
5-Meu primeiro namorado eu tinha 16 anos, durou 1 ano e meio. Terminamos, e não ficamos amigos. Mas sempre que o encontro o comprimento, por que apesar de tudo ele foi muito bom pra mim, sempre me respeitou e a minha família, era muito meu amigo e companheiro. Só tenho a desejar coisas maravilhosas pra ele. Até hoje os pais e o irmão dele me adoram rs. Isso já tem 4 anos, desde lá não namorei mais. Bom pelo menos não considero 3 meses um namoro rs.
6-Recentemente alguém apareceu na minha vida, estamos nos conhecendo melhor e nos damos muito bem. É um bom rapaz, trabalhador, estudioso, um pouco mais velho do que eu rs, tem 27 anos, e pra quem não sabe tenho 21. Temos passados bons momentos juntos e veremos como será o futuro não é mesmo??
7-Sempre.... SEMPRE me decepciono com as pessoas. Amigos então... piorou. A sempre muita falsidade...sei la. Sempre que penso que encontrei A AMIGA, é questão de tempo até eu dar de cara no chão.
8-Cara sou apaixonada por Harry Potter rs. Em meu tempo de eventos de anime, fiz um cosplay de aluna de Hogwarts, e esse ano no Anime Friends pretendo usar ele de novo, afinal não é por que HP terminou que ele não será eterno s².
9-Já fiz tudo quanto é tipo de esportes. Balé, GR, natação, vôlei, handball, judô (onde fui vice campeã paulista), hoje não faço nada kkkkk. Mas assim que resolver meus problemas com o tumor quero me focar em uma atividade.
10- Eu nuncaaaaaaaaaaa havia costurado na minha vida. Me vi precisando de roupas pras minhas meninas e me arisquei, hoje minha mãe me ajuda, e enquanto não arrumo um emprego (algo meio difícil nesse momento com toda essa situação), a gente vai se virando com as roupinhas. Acho que do ano passado pra ca melhoramos muitooo. E eu fico muito contente quando vejo as roupinhas a dolls dos outros rs.
11-Minha primeira doll comprei escondida da minha mãe. Totalmente escondida =P só contei quando tava chegando aqui em casa kkkkkkk, ela ficou brava >_< mas hoje é apaixonada por essas cabeçudinhas como ela diz rs.
12- Dirijo a quase 3 anos. Amoooo dirigir, vou pra SP direto, e minha mãe me chama de GPS kkkk. Começar a dirigir foi uma das melhores coisas que já fiz, pois eu e minha mãe paramos de depender de um ser desagradável. Hoje levo ela pra onde ela quiser.
13-Faço coleção de seriados e livros =D.
14-Se deixar faço minhas unhas de 3 a 5 vezes por semana kkkkk amo esmaltes.
15-Sou extremamente tímida. Isso as vezes/sempre me da trabalho @_@. Mas depois que eu conheço tbm ninguém em segura rsrs.
16-Se fazer bolinho de chuva e minha mãe quando quer fala bem assim: “Nossa hoje ta chovendo ne”, ai já sei o que ela quer rs mas não faço sempre por que se deixar ela como tudo de uma vez xD.
17-Sou católica, mas acredito muito em espiritismo.
18-Tenho o defeito de confiar muito nas pessoas. Por causa disso me decepciono muitooo com as pessoas, me magôo muitooo fácil. Mas assim, quando não vou com a cara de alguém, na vou ate o fim! Odeio falsidade bem na minha cara.
19-A primeira vez que fiquei com alguém, foi numa festa de halloween. Tinha 14 anos e ele 16. Ele era do meu colégio só que da turma da noite, e tava com o nosso professor de historia na festa. Ele chegaram, conversamos, e ele veio com o maior papo kkkkk. Perguntou se eu já tinha ficado com alguém bem mais alto do que eu ( ele já devia ter seus 1,80 kkkk) e depois disso rolou =P. Ele foi muito legal comigo, me ligou algumas vezes depois disso, mas nunca passou naquela festa rs.
20-Ufa ultimo rs. Bom as vezes aqui sozinha no quarto eu começo a chorar e tento esconder da minha mãe. Por que assim como é difícil pra mim, tem sido muito difícil pra ela. Então pra não preocupar ainda mais, eu em tranco e choro sozinha. É que as vezes é difícil agüentar tudo isso, ser forte 24h por dia. Mas eu tenho fé que tudo vai acabar bem, e que muitas pessoas torcem por mim. Então é ir agüentando e sempre pensando positivo.

52 weeks of pix: My culture. Was not sure what to do for this week, however I visited this place last weekend and thought it would work. It represents American culture. Or the history of. Also, my dad loved antiques and I know how much he would have enjoyed visiting and taking photos of such a place, which makes me appreciate it more, even though I do not collect antiques. Very cool place to see.

It is located in Lonaconing, Maryland within the National Lonaconing Historic District and the site was nominated by the George’s Creek Watershed Association for the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s list of America’s 11 Most Endangered Historic Places.

O único problema é que 15 é muito pouco pra colocar o que eu gosto, principalmente porque não consigo escutar uma música só. Preciso escutar o albun inteiro, senão não me contento.
Sendo assim coloquei alguns dos meus preferidos e escolhi uma música de cada. Acho que pra caber tudo um top 337 não dava conta, mas enfim.

1. Hallelujah – Leonard Cohen - Versão do Beirute com Ukulelê. Uma adaptação incrível. Acho que já vi todas as versões dessa música no youtube, todos os covers, e gostei de alguns, mas nunca encontrei algo tão diferente.
2. Somewhere over the Rainbow – Versão de Israel Kamakawiwo'ole Interpretada por Norah Jones Essa música é um clássico. Depois que a Judy Garland cantou no Mágico de Oz ela foi reproduzida loucamente. A versão do Isarel tbm é com Ukulelê (Tá, assumo que amo o som desse instrumento) e na voz da Norah ficou a perfeição.
3. Green eyes –. Coldplay . Não sei o que essa música tem, mas foi amor a primeira “ouvida”se é que isso existe” hsiaushiua
4. Post card from Italy – Beirut Essa música tem um quê de nostalgia, simplesmente me encanta.
5. I need to be next to you – Leigh Nash Não sei exatamente se essa é a minha preferida dela. Faz parte do trabalho que ela fez depois de acabar o Sixpence (que foi a trilha sonora da minha adolescência)mimimi.
6. Anywhere – Evanescence Essa é super antiga e não tem nos Cds da Evanescence, nem sei se é de antes ou depois da formação da banda, sei que é linda e tem cara de filme épico.Mas não é tema do Senhor dos Anéis, como sugere o clip.
7. Volcano – Damien Rice Demien Rice é Demien Rice.
8. Stranger but mine – Tiê Acho a Tiê uma fofura e essa música é a cara dela.
9. Eisley I wasn’t prepared Foi a primeira musica delas que escutei e Xonei.
10. Feriado Pessoal - Bruna Caram Essa é o máximo, a letra é super criativa e diferente. Vale a ena ver o clipe, é Genial.
11. Dia Branco – Geraldo Azevedo Mais uma trilha sonora eterna da minha vida, daquelas que a gente nunca enjoa. Amo!
12. Who’d Have known - Lily Allen A Lily Alem merecia um espacinho aqui.
13. Farol – Ivânia Catarina e Carlos Gomes Escutei pela primeira vez no festival de música que acontece anualmente na minha cidade, desde então ela não saiu da minha cabeça. A letra foi uma facada no coração.

So here are my super belated BJD Confessions. Thanks so much to Shawnah and Turbow for tagging me!
1. I've been collecting dolls for just over two years now and I have about 40...so I'm thinking about how to limit myself now. Probably from now on I will just buy from Soom, iplehouse, and Volks, which really is bad enough! I think I'll be barring myself from certain sizes though. The Soom fairies, for example, as well as their tinies.
2. Soom Little Gems are possibly my favorite dolls. They're the ones I like playing with the most! The size is perfect for me and I think they best show off the Soom aesthetic without getting same-y like the bigger and smaller sizes tend to do.
3. Yosds are also like crack for me. Definitely I take them out the most for photos--they're just so convenient and really cute.
4. Conversely, SD is my least favorite size. They're beautiful and all but a challenge to take out and photograph. Also it hurts the most when I'm disappointed by an SD because their layaway tends to cost so much every month. If I'm dissatisfied with one of my dolls it's likely to be an SD.
5. I don't like selling my dolls very much, but sometimes when someone isn't fitting I just have to make myself do it. I haven't sold many dolls. The exception is my Volks Lorina...I love that doll, and actually got her for other people twice before winning my own in the lottery. But by then I'd had so many negative experiences surrounding her that I couldn't keep her. But now looking at Turbow's lovely Elyse I think I want another Lorina someday! She's sooo pretty<333
6. I have lots of dolls but not many clothes for them. One of my goals this year is to buy clothes more than dolls! Though I will buy Soom Little Gems, and I know better than to think I'll get by without at least 1 or 2 yo's added to my collection :)
7. I really, really want to learn how to sew for my dolls but I spend all of my time practicing faceups. Either I'm putting them on a new doll or I'm wiping one of my old faceups that I'm dissatisfied with. I think I'll be doing faceups forever! I did buy a sewing machine and start learning, but it broke after several weeks :/
8. All of my dolls are based on characters that are nebulous in their own right. I know to an extent who they are, but then the dolls kind of tell me who they are as well. It's a really fun process! Also, all of my dolls are related one way or the other.
9. I have two big hobbies--dolls and Transformers! Someday I want some of my dolls to be humanized transformers. To some extent I think of Greystar as my Shattered Glass Starscream, though I'm prolly the only one that knows what that means ^_- I'd also like a humanized MLP Applejack someday if I ever find the right sculpt.
10. I've made great friends through this hobby and it's made my life in Japan so much more fun! I've got a pretty stressful job so it's nice to be able to have the dolls to help me relax and friends that I can go out with who help me get away from it all. This is the best hobby I've ever had and I don't ever see myself leaving it :)

Additional Information: basketball team in uniform, Louis Gordon was the co-pilot/ mechanic with Wilmer Stultz on the 1928 Transatlantic flight of the Fokker F7 ""Friendship"" which flew from Newfoundland to Wales in 1928. Amelia Earhart was a passenger on this flight and it is remembered as the first air crossing of the Atlantic by a female.

A while ago I was tagged by the lovely Twiggs. I've been meaning to do this but kept forgetting. So better late than never I guess? I am supposed to do a list of 10 things, nine of which are the absolute truth and one which is a dirty lie. Can you spot the lie? ;)
1. I am an only child.
2. I am extremely clumsy. Hilariously so at times.
3. I hate driving with the intensity of a thousand burning suns. Yet I do it every day.
4. I lived in a very rural area near the Venezuelan Amazon, for many years. And it was amazing.
5. I love math. It was always my strongest subject in school. I even do math now, just for fun (geeky much?)
6. I used to smoke, and I still miss it sometimes.
7. I love disco and 80s music. The good, the bad and the ugly (don't judge!)
8. I love movie quotes and I use them on a regular basis.
9. Even though I swore I would never get married young, I did (best. decision. ever)
10. I used to dance flamenco. I miss it so much.

Hace tiempo que la linda Twiggs me Taggeo (asi se diria? suena horrible) y hasta ahora no habia podido hacerlo. Mas vale tarde que nunca no? Debo hacer una lista de 10 cosas, 9 verdades absolutas y 1 mentira. Sera que adivinan cual es la mentira?
1. Soy hija unica.
2. Soy extremadamente torpe. Me caigo y me pego con todo. Toda una comedia.
3. Odio manejar, con pasion y frenesi. Pero lo hago todos los dias.
4. Por varios años vivi en una parte muy rural de Venezuela, muy cerca de el Amazonas. Fue increible.
5. Me encanta la matematica. Siempre fue mi mejor materia en la escuela y ahora la practico solo por placer (que galla!/geeky!)
6. Fume por un tiempo. Aveces lo extraño.
7. Me gusta la musica disco y la de los 80s. La buena, la mala y la fea. (no juzguen!)

3. I taught myself to read before I was 5 years old.
4..I am a speed reader....and for years I read 4-5 books a week.
5. I taught grades Preschool through 12. I also taught in prisons.
6. I have a certificate in Master Gardening.
7. My favorite foods are French, Mexican, Asian, and Indian, in that order.
8. I like to play Poker, and have won tournaments ...live and online.
9. I have cared for 181 foster children in my home over a period of 17 years.(not all at the same time)...:)
10. I used to go to church with Maya Angelou...(In the '70's)
11. I was a radio broadcaster with my own weekly program for 7 years on 7 stations in California and Africa.
12. I completed courses in all phases of television broadcasting and production.
13. Between Art, Botany, Dendrology(trees), Gardening, and animal sciences, I have over 900 books. (About 500Art).
14. I think Numerology, Astrology, and such are fun.

Flinders Street Station is the central railway station of the suburban railway network of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is on the corner of Flinders and Swanston Streets next to the Yarra River in the heart of the city, stretching from Swanston Street to Queen Street and covering two city blocks.
Each weekday, over 110,000 commuters and 1,500 trains pass through the station. It is the most used metropolitan railway station in Melbourne, in 2009 there was an average of 85,100 passenger boardings per day. Flinders Street is serviced by Metro's suburban services, and V/Line regional services to Gippsland.
Flinders Street Station is a cultural icon to Melbourne, frequently used in imagery representing the city. The Melburnian idiom "I'll meet you under the clocks" referring to the row of clocks above the main entrance, which indicate the departure time of the next train on each line; another idiom "I'll meet you on the steps", refers to the wide staircase underneath these clocks. The area is a popular meeting place as it is at the intersection of two of the city's busiest thoroughfares. The station is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.
In 1882 the government decided to build a new central passenger station to replace the existing ad-hoc construction. A design competition was finally held in 1899 with 17 entries received. The competition was essentially for the detailed design of the station building, since the location of the concourse, entrances, the track and platform layout, the type of platform roofing and even the room layout to some extent was already decided.
The £500 first prize went to railway employees James Fawcett and H. P. C. Ashworth of Fawcett and Ashworth in 1899, whose design named Green Light was of French Renaissance style, and included a large dome and tall clock tower.
The first electric train operated from Flinders Street to Essendon in 1919, and by 1926 it was the world's busiest passenger station. 1) My first venture into photography was when I was 16 years old. I got a 35mm Yashica and fell in love. This lasted until the camera was stolen in Baltimore on my honeymoon... that's another story.
2) I got back into photography again, many moons later, just this past year. I use a delightful Sony a100 that was given to me for my birthday by the hubs <3 I will continue to use it until I know everything about how to use it... or it breaks. I'm a loooong way from the former and hopefully latter will never happen.
3) The picture above was taken early this year, when I was just beginning to get back into photography. I re-edited it today... I'm finding that I often like giving my photos a painted look.
4) I like change. I love moving and living somewhere totally new to me.
5) I LIKE CANDY!! All of it.
6) I am a tomboy. To the hilt. I love bugs, sports, creatures of all kinds, outdoor activities, etc. I hate shopping, and break out into a cold sweat if I'm in a group of women.
7) I love communicating this way... I just can't ever put things into words properly when I'm talking. I get tongue tied and feel stupid.
8) I have a very strange combination of interests and abilities. I play several instruments, love to draw (pencil mostly), love to read.... on the other hand, I love science, have a degree in medicine, love logic problems, and am intensely analytical.
Results of personality test always confirm this split personality idea. I'm a Meyers-Briggs INTJ, my Enneagram is 5 with a 4 wing.
9) I can't dance.
10) I'm 50% Norwegian. The other 50% includes a pinch of almost everything with a dash of American Indian and Jolly ol' English.

I didn't play with dolls as a kid, but a distant relative who knew nothing about me bought me my first barbie for x-mas. It was Barbie Peaches'n Cream. I was disappointed not to get He-Man figure I wanted and horrified to get something so pink and girly. I loathed the doll and gave her to my sister. It took me 20 years to get over the pink horror and get interested in dolls.

2. I was pretty disgusted last night that Colt McCoy got knocked out of the game so early. It really wasn't even fair after that, considering the dude who took his spot is a rookie with only 26 snaps previously. But I do think it will be good for him next year to have this experience, and he does have a really good arm too. Just sucks that the season was wasted on that game...
3. I love taking pictures of people in public places without them knowing about it.
4. One day I'll probably get punched in the face because of #3.
5. A friend of mine is making me a sleeve for my TTV Argus Seventy-five so you should get to see some cool stuff pretty soon :)
