Odd that the best quality print was of the livery that I most disliked. Applied to some of the PCCs when the new Harbourfront line opened, they reflected the colours then applied to new vehicles, but I thought were quite inappropriate. I have never liked the fad of black window surrounds.
That pale blue coat on the gent on the left of the image is odd too: perhaps he was a doorman of one of the downtown hotels?
Class A-15 rebuilt between 1986-91 from class A-8 cars of 1950-51vintage. Two remain in tour service.

TTC 8003 on Dundas West at Spadina, substituting on streetcar route 505, on Friday, May 20th, 2011.
Air conditioning problems with the T-1 fleet has temporarily brought some Toronto Rockets to Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth). Bombardier Toronto Rocket 5536 waits to leave Kipling station out of service after finishing a run as a rush hour extra.
Although not permanently, this summer marks the first time that Toronto Rockets have run on all three subway lines (Line 1, Line 2, and Line 4).

TTC 7042 is a 1995 Orion 05.501 high floor bus fitted with a front door wheelchair lift.
TTC 7042 at Finch Subway station on route 39D on Thursday, July 30th, 2009.
TTC 4500 was built in November 1950 and rebuilt in 1989. It is assigned number 4604, to make way for the Bombardier cars, but carries 4500.

All the TTC buses and streetcars traced for 6 hours the morning of January 6th, 2012. Average speed is indicated by colour, red being the slowest, followed by orange, yellow, green and blue.
Exactly the same as TTC Speeds, but I've included the Toronto shoreline for reference. Check out the larger sizes for extra detail.
