i used a joel dewberry print and a freespirit fabric.
i shortened the top, and added the optional waist shaping.
This is a NATS (National Air Traffic Services) radar system. There are 19 of these stations throughout England and they are a critical element of the systems supporting UK air traffic control.

These are the same type: Chips Ahoy cookies with cream cheese coated in white and milk chocolate... I just reversed the coloration so these look like they have chocolate frosting. Thanks you "death by Cupcake" for the inspiration.
