Got all of my figures out this afternoon, and challenged myself to narrow down the 10 favorite things I have ever made. My only restriction was that I had to chose figures that I made 100% on my own, with no help from another person. As for these figures, they are very subject to change, but at this point in time, they are my 10 personal favorites.
ShiningStella started a Winx club top 5 tag game so heres mine well 6 sort of. I sat and thought and then decided that I would do one of each character from across the companies that I own. I got some girls out of 'storage' just for this shoot but then I couldnt decide on a Bloom or Stella so they got bumped for Sky and the Pixies since I like them more and B and S get way too much attention anyways lol.
1.Giochi Preziosi Super Fate Enchatix Tecna. I was lucky enough to get the whole line of these girls, and they are gorgeous! The packaging however is LOWSY. I bought them as a lot many moons ago and they all arrived pretty banged up, luckily they where fixable and the dolls themselves werent damaged save for poor Tecna here who had a broken wing, but with some glue and ingenuity shes all better.
2. Mattel Glam Magic Layla. I know another Enchantix doll but Enchantix really did something to me. I was so inspired by it, I started drawing a lot more and just made me more interested in fairy folklore in general. Plus she looks like a dragon fly and those things are just cool.
3. Mattel Sky. I got to represent the boys here. They are ever so few and so underappreciated. I thought he was an awesome doll with his long hair, you hardly ever see that in a play line boy doll. I only wish he came with an alternate outfit, I cant find anything that fits him.
4. Jakks Pacific Everyday Musa. I hope its not cheating that I picked a half customized doll. This is my most favorite outfit of season 2/3 that any of the girls wore. I tought the detached sleeves where such a cute touch, and has since become a Winx signature accessory. Plus I always liked Musa in pig tails, at least in her younger days.
5. Jakks Pacific Believix Flora. I didnt love Believix but I really felt they really represented Floras power source well in her outfit. She looks like a modern nature fairy <3.
6. Mattel Pixie Kisses pixies. I know its only supposed to be 5 but I had to include these little darlings and since theyre so small they only count as 1 lol. The light up Pixie Magic pixies where cute but brushables are even better. I never was able to find Lockette :/ but thats okay cuz the line actually had all the main 6 pixies included even Digit, shocker! I loved these little things, I had them on display for quite a while before putting them in "storage" recently.

Não sei o que acontece com essas coleções de multichrome da Hits que, em mim, duram a eternidade. Fiquei a semana inteira (sim, 7 dias) com o esmalte intacto e só tirei pra pintar de outra cor no sábado por que o vício fala mais alto.

Minha coleção de misturinha de sombras de olho não poderia faltar aqui! Tenho orgulho, sério! Fica a coisa mais linda! Cobre com uma camada, seca hiper rápido e fica fosco com um acabamento incrível. Esse verde é o meu preferido.

This driver exudes an air of superiority and confidence and, being entrusted to the prestigious tourist train on the C.F.F. Viseu de Sus railway, looks every bit the part of a 'Top Link' driver on the railway as he is captured with his loco, 764-435, in full song passing the Glimboaca loop heading for Paltin on Saturday 8th October 2016.

Another quick office fashion shoot with Catherine this week. She's hoping to get a new blog post up about this yellow top and possibly some accessories (nail polish and the like). We tried some new spots in and around the office to spice things up. It's difficult to find nice settings (with space for an 85mm prime on a crop body) to blur the background like I like to but you work with what you've got. I thought this rich wall might serve as a nice backdrop. I wish I hadn't shot from this angle so I didn't get the commercial carpeting but I also wanted to get the purse completely in there.. again, things to keep an eye out for next time.
