Both the New Times and the Modern Times series comprise four styles: Bold, Outline, Lined, Black. The main (only?) difference between “New” and “Modern” seems to be the angled top of bdhijlmnr (and bottom of u) in the latter.

Day 1 in NYC!
Times Square! Michele claimed she hated it, but I thought it was pretty sweet. :-) I guess we were there when it wasn't super packed (although there were tons of people around no matter where we went or when we went there).

I feel like bringing flickr back to life like last summer, aye?:)
The density of illuminated signs in Times Square now rivals that of Las Vegas. Officially, signs in Times Square are called "spectaculars", and the largest of them are called "jumbotrons."
This is an ancient door that captured my attention while walking by Speyer, Germany. It's design looks like it is from the Medieval times, what do you think?

Times Square is a major commercial intersection in Midtown Manhattan at the junction of Broadway and Seventh Avenue and stretching from West 42nd to West 47th Streets.
Iconified as the "Crossroads of the World", it is the brightly illuminated hub of the Broadway theatre district, one of the world's busiest pedestrian intersections, and a major centre of the world's entertainment industry.

...never really wanted to say goodbye.
Thanks to the incredible Guess Who for the photo title, from a verse of their classic (and frighteningly accurate...) song Guns Guns Guns.
This photo was taken on the edge of a community in the process of being built, right on the riverside; I don't think I was supposed to be walking in here, but Beefy and I snuck in anyway, and I got some damn cool shots!
I really like the juxtaposition of industry with nature in this shot...what I don't like is how much nature is being swallowed up by industry.
Scary times, my friends!
Times Square is a really nice place. My favorite in manhattan, The tourist center of the world.
New York City, which is the largest city in the state and in the United States, is known for its history as a gateway for immigration to the United States and its status as a financial, cultural, transportation, and manufacturing center. Both state and city were named for the 17th century Duke of York, James Stuart, future James II and VII of England and Scotland.
