This Whitetail Doe had twins but the other one got in the brush before I could get this shot. I love seeing these young ones while they still have their spots.

Usually you can hear geese in the distance , however on this occasion these Canada geese came up behind me chattering quietly. I turned around quickly and managed to get a couple of shots , but as I was using my wide angle lens the geese were ' thrown ' further away than they actually were. As a sunset cloudscape image I quite liked their silhouettes as an added interest.

This picture is a render I did some 5 years ago using Poser software. I think that I managed not only to capture a good likeness of her face but also her figure. I used 3 point lighting. The shadows accentuate the curves of her figure. : )

This is another hen that is clearly "under- posted" if not under appreciated! I thought that this one with her beautiful eyes was simply irresistible... and I can tell you, I was not the only one enchanted by her beauty.... she was followed by quite a few drakes.

This is looking across my back lot towards the lake. This lot adjoins where the house is and is directly on the lake
This beautiful waterfall was our destination after an hour-long ramble in the Whirinaki. A gorgeous spot to stop and have some lunch and play with the camera - a shower cap worked a treat on the lens to keep the water spray at a minimum.
Amazingly we saw no one else on this track both ways - just us and the native birds including a good number of Kaka which was great to see in a totally natural environment.

This is actually a reflection on our pond while pink clouds were in the sky. The image was flipped and processed to bring out the color and detail.

My favorite old house in Marlton, dating back to the 1700's and empty for years. It belongs to the township but the money has never been found to restore it. It's on my bucket list to persuade someone to let me through the chain link fence to see the inside. Also accompany me, as it's in an overgrown wooded area!
(My other two bucket list items are to walk the Brooklyn Bridge and to learn to play pool...)
