The Brum Critical Mass ride included a towable sound system. Alas, the battery died between the owner's house and the ride, so he had to tow it around, but we had no tunes.
There was some attempt to see if something was wrong with it. It had LEDs blinking inside. ooooh.
The Amber Fort had an elaborate water system, of which the wooden machinery in this room is just a small part. This mechanism is a pump. A donkey was attached to the horizontal bar bottom-left, which then walked around the vertical shaft - turning it in the process. The spiky looking thing under the ceiling works like the differential under your car, and transfers the drive to the horizontal drive shaft that disappears out through the oblong hole in the far wall. It has a wheel attached to it, around which runs an endless rope with leather cups attached to it, for lifting the water. The ropes (which can be seen through the arched opening) hang down a shaft to the water below (lifted from still further downhill by other pumps I believe).
The Dewey Decimal System is a system we use to
classify books by grouping them in 10 categories.
I'll bet you're wondering who the brilliant person was
who came up with this idea.
It was Melvil Dewey,
one of the greatest librarians of all time.

The lymphatic system is part of the immune system where cleansing of blood, and the detoxification of our bodies takes place. A huge network of lymphatic vessels recycles blood plasma by removing fluid from the tissues, filtering it, and carrying it back into the bloodstream.
These are foods to add into your diet to boost the lymphatic system:
* Nuts and seeds
The essential healthy fats found in seeds like chia, nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado, play a role in fighting inflammation. They also strengthen our inner organs walls.
* Adaptogenic herbs
Goldenseal, Echinacea, and Astragalus are three herbs that help alleviate inflammation and congestion of the lymph nodes and vessels.
* Garlic
Garlic boosts immune function and combats harmful microbes. It improves circulation and aids in the cleansing of toxins. It boosts the function of your lymphatic system and contains antibacterial qualities.
The Rapier anti-aircraft missile system entered service with the British Army in 1971. It then replaced all other anti-aircraft missiles and while new designs have been introduced they are likely to remain in use until at least 2020.
The complete system comprises a launcher with its missiles and guidance radar, a separate acquisition and tracking radar and a command post. The missile has a warhead of one pound of high explosive, a control system and motor section with a 2-stage solid fuel motor that gives a flight time of 15 seconds. The control surfaces provide in-flight directional changes and the missiles are fitted with rear mounted flares to enable TV tracking while in flight. This Mk.1 explodes on contact with the target but later versions have a proximity fuse.
Rapier systems have been sold around the world and have been used in the Falklands, Iran - Iraq, and Gulf Wars to protect against enemy aircraft. they were even deployed in London in 2012 to provide security for the Olympic Games.

The success of oyster hatcheries depends on good water quality each year. Virginia Sea Grant collaborators at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science Eastern Shore Lab and Virginia Tech Seafood Agriculture Research and Extension Center are developing a closed aquaculture system that will allow hatcheries to reuse water and protect their larvae from dips in water quality.
