Having already passed through Dalwhinnie 66743 and 66746 sweep through the curve at the south of the station. The working was 1H82 Boat of Garden to Dundee.
The ebb and flow of full tide created some wonderful flows across the rocks, reflecting the colour from the early morning light.

sorry for all these similar looking photos. i just couldn't decide.
i have a strong urge to put a long description for this, my heart feels heavy.

The geology of the beach at Hellnar, Iceland, is fascinating to see up close, but so difficult to photograph. In this image I was trying to capture the sweep of the rock strata which seems to rise up from the rock-strewn beach and curve around the perimeter of the cove.
In a neat segue from that last series, we return to Thirlmere, in the English Lake District, for a walk up to Raven Crag, continuing on to the bog-fest that is Bleaberry Fell, High Seat and High Tove on an overcast day in spring 2023.
Same idea as the last one but I really liked the burnt orange colouring on the stone on this side of the dam.
Myself ASW and polts23 went down to the Newport Wetlands for a look, even though the weather was against us, it was a fabulous day out.
