..."Do you want to hear about the deal that I'm making?
You, it's you and me.
And if I only could,
I'd make a deal with God,
And I'd get him to swap our places,
Be running up that road,
Be running up that hill,
With no problems"...

Taken at Santee Lakes on a cool December day with great clouds after the over night rains. This was taken with my converted infrared camera.
l I used channel swapping in this image to give the sky a blue cast. Here is a link to a tutorial on playing with infrared images. www.lifepixel.com/photo-tutorials/infrared-photoshop-videos
Other infrared images that I've posted on Flickr can be seen in my creatively named Infrared album.
Marquette Rail's Z151 brakes to a stop on CSX rails at the Grand Rapids Eastern interchange. The Z crew will shortly swap GP38-2s with the GRE, as well as leave them a small ballast train. While these G&W properties are forbidden to interchange rail traffic with each other, non-revenue equipment like locomotives and MOW cars are permitted.

Look at this gorgeous fairytale themed swap! Everything is kawaii fairytale, even the little eraser and pencil! Thank you so much, Linda, especially for the Wolf tofu! It matches my darling Red Riding Hood one from Darlene =) And the Alice in Wonderland memo has been on my wishlist for a while, I'm happy to finally have it!

Thanks to a Flickr friend who shall remain nameless on request, I'm now the proud owner of 4 90's 12 inch Joes. They came rather flagrant without any clothes however, and off course that's not done ;P That's why I dressed them up in some nice outfits :) Oh, the head of a decapitated Snake Eyes was also included in the lot ;)
Sorry for the bad pic, but had to use another camera, cause mines at it's end I'm afraid :(
Child or bento-sized hashi. Bullet train, Crayon Shin-Chan, Bear. The bear one is sort of a strange neon-y pink. Cash value $1 US apiece; I took off the price tags to show the design.
Craft swap with gypsylou at Craftster.org. I made her some clothes for her Taeyangs, and a little fimo Lomo camera for fun.

I really like how the quilting makes it hard to see the nine patches. Now I have to decide on the binding.

This is my hoop for the Scrappy Hoop Swap. My partner's inspiration mosaic had lots of hexies, mushrooms, Heather Ross , and fun fabrics. I tried to include all of that here. I hope she likes it as much as I do!

Dear all,
I've been wanting to do a film swap for ages now but haven't gotten around to it yet. I think now is as good a time as ever to finally start - but of course I need people who are willing to collaborate on this.
It doesn't matter what camera you use or for how long you have been shooting film. It also doesn't matter to me where you are from; I'm up to national as well as international collaborations.
So, I would be happy to hear from you. If you're interested, just drop me a line in the comments or via Flickrmail, and then we can discuss the specifics.
Hope to see you soon! :)
P.S.: In case you're wondering what the hell I'm talking about or you're not sure how a film swap works, there is a fine and short introduction (and a video instruction) HERE.
