Decided to drive up to my favorite spot on Pilchuck last night as the sky looked promising and the recent fires across the mountains have been sending smoke our direction. Was so happy I made the trip!

We have great sunsets on both banks of the Mersey and tend to ignore them - I liked the way we still had blue sky above the fire in this one...
Sunset from a recent camping trip at San Onofre State Park. Yes, that is the San Onofre Nuclear Power Station in the background. No, the glow is not from the plant. And, yikes, the trails were steep. The image is a composite of three long exposures. Please let me know what works on the image and what doesn't. All comments are welcome. Thanks for looking.
