Recently there have been quite a few beautiful sunsets, but I usually miss them or I don't have a camera with me. That's one of the few times I just had my camera with me.
The warmth of the afternoon was all in the color, not the temperatures which were in the single digits, Fahrenheit.
A view on my hometown Aschau, Lake Chiemsee ("the Bavarian Sea") and Lake Simsee. Directly below the Kampenwand summit area, there's Steinling Alm (Steinling Meadows and Mountain Hut). B.t.w.: in Bavaria we say "Stoaling Oim"
