Hello my flickr friends and a walk along may beck under the trees and beside a stream, such a beautiful day
Tomorrow is April 1 and it's Spring, so it must be a good day for a walk in nature. Maybe. Even though it was sunny, the winds created a wind chill of 16 degrees F. I caught this sunburst as I was wandering through the woods.
Walking through Yosemite's Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, just after completion of the conservation/construction project that has kept the grove closed for the past couple of years. One of the most interesting trees in the grove, the Clothespin Tree, has survived numerous fires which have naturally hollowed a tunnel through the base of the trunk. There are a few trees in the Mariposa Grove that have tunnels running through their trunks, but the Clothespin Tree's tunnel is unique in that it stands a full 40 feet in height. While the base of the tunnel is wide enough to drive a vehicle through, the tunnel has never been used for that purpose. The tunnel is so tall and wide that the trunk has been extremely weakened and many park officials are worried that a dense snowfall could spell disaster for this remarkable giant.
When a soulful hug labeled to be extremely hot.

Summer is starting again, for most of my friends here on Flickr.
So, this is dedicated to you, friends of the Northern Hemisphere. Enjoy your hot days.
Myself and some friends from the other half of the world are starting our winter now. Although I live in a tropical country and the sun is very present, even in our Brazilian winter.
And, finally, I leave my solidarity with the portuguese people and friends of Portugal, so that they can stop as soon as possible this terrible wave of fire that has spread through the country. God help them and comfort their losses.
* I'm grateful for visit, favs and comments of my photo.
Surprise au détours de la cote de tomber sur ce coucher de soleil brûlant, signe que la journée à été très Chaude.
Un peu trop de lumière vive, mais la certitude que vous allez vraiment ressentir l'atmosphère de cet après midi là.
Patches of sunlight touch a hillside behind a lone tree as the hill fades away in a light snowstorm near Bern, Idaho.
The light filtering through gives the vegetation the light it needs to grow. Bluebells poke their heads above it
The beauty lasted for two weeks and I was happy to find out yesterday that a new bud was starting to come out. Like everything else with life ... they all go in cycle.
Wishing you all a HAPPY and a BLESSED day!
As always, thank you so much for stopping by!
What goes on when our backs are turned, I wonder
we purview in our sleep the distances of the subconscience
the curiosity of dreams knows no bounds
as we ourselves await what living truly expounds
we don't always know the reasons why
when we forget all that has yet to be said
the martyrdom of unspoken silent fears
becomes the concern of far more than at first appears
have you ever wondered why, upon waking
a crystal clear image from childhood
should suddenly reappear for the first time
since it's first motion was carried from that day in it's prime?
it's a curious thing indeed that dreams the day away
and instils a restlessness throughout the night
it maybe April as much as May would have it
within the radius of season a talismanic split
of who we are and what we've ever done,
and the preponderance of wishing that time away
oh the peccability in us all is living proof
of both ends of this radiating goof
but overcome we do, and must
....is there more than just a breath
to breathe life into us?
in the search for all we're supposed to possess
somewhere inside is uplifting indeed
whithersoever that place may be
it takes but a second to expedite-
one hope through this life so recondite
deeper and deeper in excogitation
is the endless supply of so many questions
but our answers lie in the depth of simplicity
that place of Nature's intuitive authenticity
call it paradise, call it Heaven, call it life
answer it with all three and you're there!
heuristically speaking, we listen to Her
at last, we humans hereby manage to concur
when faced with the silence of Nature's immensity
humbled by the brilliance of that unspoken moment
the emptiness of the city finds friends in this solitude
of kindred spirits a plenty, and the negativity we abstrude
we've all been there as we stand here, together
honesty in yourself and all you've ever felt
touches the fingertips of the palm that holds your wealth-
of heart, mind, body and soul; here's to your good health!

Late, late evening close to the midsummer night, in Våtedalen, "Wet valley", between Byrkjelo and Skei in Sogn og Fjordane.
Clouds make the evening even darker, but a final ray of sunlight hits the hillsides in the background.
Are you in for a tip? It was really cloudy this past weekend and we were out early in the morning trying to capture some wintry landscapes. At 5am it was cold but I really wanted to capture one image showing the sun and the moonlight collide over this old barn while covered in snow. The sun glow was already showing on the horizon but the barn was in complete darkness. To mimic the moonlight in the frame I attached the lights on the drone and I positioned it on the few spots to light paint the barn. Camera was fixed while capturing these frames so I can blend that light in post. What do you think?
