just a product of my boredom, plenty of school work lately so havent submitted in over a month! well, this is nothing special, just an idea I had goin on combining the Mosin Bolt operation with a little Lee Enfield jungle carbine thrown in there, with some parts I thought of my self, such as the Lyman Peep sight I love so much, and the not so great cleaning rod holder. damn, 6x63mm?, damn thing must get some high fucking velocity, inspired by my favorite military bolt action rifle, the 6mm Lee Navy, the smallest bore caliber over adopted by the United States since 1895 until the introduction of the 5.56mm, about 70 years later!
Made only with barley, hops, water and yeast, in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. 5.3% ABV
Red Wing Brewing Company
Red Wing Minnesota
Here is some information about this beer from the Red Wing Brewery Website
Cokins Red Wing “Bavarian Style” Beer was one of the first beers produced by the Red Wing Brewing Company after the repeal of Prohibition. It was introduced to the city in 1934 and continued as a brand through the company’s re-organization as the Midwest Brewing Company in 1935. Two years later, in 1937, the brewery closed, but not before Cokins had generated a devoted following. Today, Cokins is brewed in the tradition of the Reinheitsgebot: the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 that calls for beer to be made with only barley, hops, and water (with yeast for fermentation). The result is an authentic German beer “that everybody likes.”
