We went to a screening in Chicago of the first two eps of the new series of "True Blood" tonight. While we didn't win any of the big bags of swag, or have any stars appear that we could lick, we did get some neat stuff, including pens that flash this.

It was a fun night with free parking, free entry, free popcorn and soda and some cool free stuff. :)

Slices of vegetable marrow on circles of toast, the centres filled with cheese sauce. The pictue appears to show the following variant.
