Circa 1992: notes from Bill Porter's History of Modern Design course at CCS. We had about 15 seconds to take notes and sketch each slide. One of the best classes I have ever taken. When Bill retired from car design and teaching to focus on a house intended to become a museum for his collection, he lent his slides to my friend Brian Kritzman, who had them digitized and continues to teach the course.

Students started with just a flat image of a map and had to make it look like it is folded, add shadows, and place it on a background.
