No, I didn't shoot this on Kodachrome, those days are over..at least for me. This was taken on my ancient iPhone. I titled it Kodachrome only because Sandy always tells me that I've lived a Kodachrome life. Inching the Tug through the crowd, with Sandy wedged in beside me, and the P-51 in tow, I realised, she was absolutely correct. Many thanks to everyone who helped make the Stuart Air Show a great success. It keeps getting better every year.

every once in awhile I post a before and after shot showing what came right out of the camera vs. the same photo with a little editing in photoshop.
not a lot done here...a crop, some desaturation of the red in the skin, little dodge and burn here and there and the usual skin smoothing

Another example of what you can do on a budget: same equipment as usual...the older Canon Rebel XT, a 50mm F/1.8, a Sunpak 383 and a canon 430ex. These were taken under a dock around sunset. I had the 430ex to camera left on a stand at about 1/2, the sunpak 383 on 1/4 to camera right on the ground...both bare, no modifier. ISO was 100, you'll have to check out the exif info for the other settings but it was probably around 1/160 and F/8 - F/13
1/125, F/5.0 ISO 100 shot with a Canon T2i and the 200mm F/2.8...430ex up on wall above model to camera right on 1/4 and a sunpak 383 on 1/2 to camera left both bare and fired with cyber syncs

The Douglas DC-3 is an American fixed-wing, propeller-driven aircraft whose speed and range revolutionized air transport in the 1930s and 1940s. Because of its lasting impact on the airline industry and World War II it is generally regarded as one of the most significant transport aircraft ever made. Many DC-3s are still used to this day in all parts of the world.

Pilots last demonstration flight...Being deployed 12/01/08 for His 3rd Tour in Iraq.
The traditional military definition of a “Wingman” refers to the pattern in which fighter jets fly. There is always a lead aircraft and another which flies off the right wing of and behind the lead. This second pilot is called the “Wingman” because he or she primarily protects the lead by “watching his back.”

I'm guessing that these are sandhill cranes. There was a group of five of them hanging out by the pond behind the apartment I used to live in in Stuart, Florida.
