more simple strobist set up...single bare YN 560 III speed light on 1/2 to camera left, bright sun behind
My wife and I just got back from Florida. I didn't expect processing a sunrise shot of the ocean to be so difficult. The wind was blowing like crazy while I was shooting, and it was apparently blowing my tripod around because when I got home last night and tried to use photomatix HDR none of the images were lining up like I would expect. That upset me because it's not like I can go back to the beach this weekend. Nevertheless, this is two blended exposures, and then tonemapped in CS3. I have a lot of processing ahead of me...
1/100, F/14, ISO100 Sunpak 383 bare to camera left on 1/2. This portrait was shot with the Canon Rebel XT and the 100mm F/2.0 lens in Stuart, Florida by Kaunis Hetki Photography
I've shot just about everything...except babies so when I was asked to do a shoot, I couldn't resist the challenge. These were shot with a Canon T2i, a Canon 100mm F/2.0 lens and a 430ex with a stofen diffuser (for fill flash). I'm pretty happy with the way these are coming out...and she was such a good girl
