Placa de Colum. We parked right near this famous structure. Interesting story. I had no idea what 'complet' meant with regards to parking. Apparently it doesn't mean it's a "complete service parking" garage (whatever that would mean). It means the garageis full. We drove down the ramp to the garage and the parking ticket would not come out and let us drive through the gate. There was no way that I was backing up into the busy round-about with my little Smart car, so I asked the attendant for help. I couldn't understand his Spanish very well so I asked if he spoke English. He said no, but he spoke German. So I had to use very old German skills to talk with him. Worked out well, I think.
