Light pouring in through an open window. The bullet holes in the roof are said to be courtesy of the French, who used planes to extensively bomb and strafe the western part of the Old City during a series of uprisings by Damascenes against colonial rule in the 1920s.
I must have spent about an hour, all alone, by the banks of this stream, close to our campsite.
Usually, on gruelling treks, it is alone time like this that has given me good images.
Shot handheld.
Another shot from around Chilliwack mountain... the stream rising from the water channel caught my eye.
Any thoughts on the picture? What works well? Where could I improve?
