I take a lot of photos of the planes that fly over Capitol Hill, many at low altitude, like this one.

While we waited for our interminably delayed train into Boston, I snapped some photos of the Worcester Train Station, which is a historic building in its own right.

i was under the tree looking straight up. i had thought it would look cool. and, lo' and behold, i was right. :-)

Took the pup for her first long walk since before Thanksgiving. Between the kennel cough and the eye surgery, it's been that long since she's been allowed any exercise. We went over to Forest Hills Cemetery and stuck to the wild area. While we were taking a break I saw a coyote trotting over by the compost piles. Yep, lots of wild life inside the city limits.

The days are getting longer and with windows on nearly all sides of our flat, there is an opportunity to play with natural light. There is just something about natural light, something that lends an image a fuller quality.
