My mom just called me to make sure we weren't on the bridge that just collapsed in Mpls. For the last hour now, it's helicopters and sirens, even though we are several miles from the site. One minute you're driving home from work. The next minute...the bridge is gone from under you.

Not feeling too inspired, so we have another straight up, straight-out-of-camera SP.

Sunday night after the weekend that wasn't.

I had to work all weekend. A straight-up, SOOC portrait for the day. Too tried to do what I had planned.

I don't know why I'm smiling. I have a hard time not smiling when a camera is pointed at me.

I haven't done these in a long time, in fact, prefer not to usually but there it is. :D I like playing with this app for the tones and textures it produces. Photography in the end, is about enjoying it and having fun, right?

The York Post Office is a gem of a building, especially if you like old architecture. I don't know when it was built, but the architect was clearly influenced by ancient greek and roman architecture. This building could be picked up and dropped in the middle of Washington, DC, and fit right in with the architecture there.

I met a former co-worker for a cuppa this morning. As we were sitting there chatting and catching up, this old guy kept walking by. I think he was doing laps up and down the block. His very stylish 80's ski hat caught my eye. With those flourescent colors, how could it not?
