Huge storage tanks belonging to UM in Liverpool who deal in molasses and vegetable oils. The evening light falling on the metal structure gave it form and shape.

This is my last in a series of storage and old wooden granaries form the Alberta Badlands Area.
Throughout North America you can still find these old wooden structures, although no longer used for their intended purposes of holding grain. These buildings have long been replaced by the round galvanized metal versions that also dot the farm lands of America. So when you see these old weathered, paint peeling structures, stop and photograph them, they will eventually all disappear.
Just before the first Lockdown networkrail was doing alot of clearence work on the river Teign which opened up this spot which is now already quite overgrown .This was Colas 70 70809 with the 6B65 Exeter Riverside to Newton Abbot Hackney yard with log wagons to be stored some are still there now.
Storage line from Glendive shops. As the shops has been closed since July 7th 2020. Tons of SD70MACs, GP30s, GP38-2s and other units come to rest here.
A refrigerator car sits among the weeds outside the East Troy Electric Railroad maintenance building. If you look closely, you'l see that it's a former Milwaukee Road car.
My latest build has been commissioned by a german leading pallet truck and forklift manufacturer.
I've built the entire line up of its truck range plus three different warehouse scenes: unload/upload, storage and picking scene (see the previous pictures). Every scene is fitted with the right forklifts.
The three different subjects are the advertising campaign of the company and in these days my work is featured on many logistic and transportation specialized magazines.
It's been very challenging and even funny building all the pallet trucks and forklifts and the company has been really satisfied by the work.

This past summer we finally had a locksmith come and open up a locked door for us and discovered a storage room under the stairs leading up to the loft above the garage. It needs a clean out and some fixing up. Next year I can store my garden equipment in it.
I got to wonder around in this shutdown factory for an afternoon with a couple of other photographers. I was new to this style of photography so there are many images I am not at all happy with but a few turned out okay.
With 50 empty coal gons clacking along behind, Mid Michigan GP9 #24 rolls east along the former GTW through Ada at dusk. The empty cars would be put into storage on the out-of-service portion of the GTW main in Lowell.

I have a ridiculous number of dolls in varying stages of rehab. I do know what is in each box and try to keep them organized, weeding out periodically.
Milwaukee Cold Storage Co. Building was built in 1892 and it was once the location for the Milwaukee Cold Storage Company. At the time of construction it was billed as the largest cold storage house in Wisconsin. It is an historic building constructed in the style of Romanesque Revival architecture and it is located in the Walker's Point Historic District of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Just a quick snapshot of my current working space. The visible units here range from small to large. I also have oversized bins out of the picture for unsorted and non-labled parts, and tv, dvd player, etc for use while I'm building (nothing like sitting down to build and watching box sets from things like Star Wars, Bugs Bunny, Family Guy, etc...all the world's problems go away for a while!)
The only unique thing about my storage method, compared to others I've seen, is that I label and sort with drawers in the same fashion as Bricklink catagorizes parts in their catalog. This way I'm "speaking the same language" when it comes to locating a part or deciding where to store it. I've found it extremely helpful since Bricklink's cataloging is thorough, extensive, and seems to function well. If I'm ever confused as to where to put a new piece, or having trouble finding something in my collection, I just go to Bricklink to see where they put it, and compare that to my labeling...it takes me right where I need to go.

With the pick up in Apache storage car business the Apache hired out the VTR 431 while it was passing by on it's coast to coast tour.
