This actually started as a photo of power lines going off into the distance. I liked it when I took the picture and never thought it would morph into museum storage. But here it is, and you know that all of them come alive after the museum closes for the night.
Re-purposed a little desktop storage shelf into a storage bench for the dolls today. Tabby & Nala seem fairly happy with it :)

My intention for this week's submission was to use this interesting little clock in a unique and unconventional way. Who stores pasta in a clock anyways? ;)

NS K23 makes their way north through Watsontown last weekend with a quartet of EMD's. In tow they had a lengthy cut of empty spines bound for the Bakers for storage.
WSOR brings a train of empty crude oil tank cars through Williams that will make their way toward Madison for storage south of Oregon.

While walking along the Waterfront Recreational Trail, I snapped this large group of black and white diving ducks. You can see the boats in storage at the yacht club in the back and even our iconic CN Tower.

These repro cases are awesome. Each one holds 8 Francie/Casey/Twiggy dolls. Between 2 cases, I can store all of my Francie attire.
They're out of view in this image, but H57 has been bringing down a plethora of coil cars from storage. Seemingly have spawned out of nowhere, many of us are confused as to how these cars made their way up to Driftwood to begin with.
Reflective of the similar post I just made regarding the old Guilford geeps, a similarly beat up C40-9W that CSX conjured up out of storage leads a heavy L072 west at Lincoln.

Opened the second lid and found these sealed Time Cruisers (?!?) sets mixed with small Town sets and a few Western sets including two early 6791 polybags(!?!).
Early on, my three sons have been taught to keep their toys back in their boxes/containers so that they know where to find them.
These sets are not for sale/trade, any offers/questions about buying/selling these and the summer inventory will be deleted.
An old wooden corn crib, and it's modern steel counterpart .

The dark parts of the corrugated metal plates are created by dirt and/or corrosion. I can’t tell why only these parts are affected, but I guess there’re metal crossbeams behind the plates, where they're still bright, since there’re screws/bolts. And somehow this makes a difference. But whatever the reason is, I like the almost perfect pattern that is created by those dirty/corroded parts.
Unfortunately the fence at the bottom is a distraction. Especially since the plants are so chaotic. And of course the picture would be better without it. But when I crop it out I also lose a lot of the nice shadows of the staircase, which in my opinion adds to the pic. Also the position of the door would be too low then. What do you think?...
