A bar stool mobile hanging at the WWCC

We bought this stool at least 20 years ago, maybe more from an old man near Greta NSW. It's very strong and versatile, we've used it in all sorts of ways. I used it for years in the bathroom when the kids were babies and little - sitting down low next to the bath; it's been used as a step stool to reach high cupboards, it's a footrest and sometimes a coffee table - it still looks good in a kind of rustic way! Taken with an Apple iPhone 4.

a $5 stool from IKEA. I'm doing it for my henna booth. Not crazy about how it turned out. I used mystery henna and the texture was really bad and I had clogs galore, despite sifting and straining. I just hope it stains well.

Vintage step-stool/chair thing. Replaced the oilcloth upholstery (not original) with Amy Butler fabric, because I'm unexpected like that. Wow, no one in the design blogosphere has ever upholstered vintage anything with Amy Butler...

Note that in photo, bottom cushion is not yet secured to frame; I need to convince someone heavier than Isaac to sit on it and weigh it down so I can get it on tightly.

191F Costa Counter Stools- 24" high - in Fabric B7875 Aqua, Antique Brass Nail heads, wood in Brown maple with Sherwin Williams paint # 6488 Grand Canal ( Teal) - Choice of woods, fabrics, nailheads, stains, or paints. Also available in chair height, and Bar height.

This is a stool I've been working on the last few weeks. My goal is to assemble a stool together using thermoforming, and through this, eliminate the need for fasteners. By using what would normally be considered "consequences" of vacuum-forming, the undercuts and trapping of wood add to it's structure.

You'll find there are plenty of occasions where you would require a step stool to do something around the house. The Rubbermaid 3-Step Steel Stool is an extremely affordable stool designed to come in handy with many small home improvement projects. This stool contains a wide platform making it safe to go up on and it folds to 3 inches making it easy to store. The hand grip makes it simple to climb on and carry plus it features non-marring feet so it won't scratch your floors.

This stool is perfect for changing light bulbs, cleaning high cases, or repainting walls and ceilings. In order to repaint the whole house or reach the roof, then you will probably need a normal stepladder. For inside projects that are smaller, and tend to be on solid ground, they will function much better than a chair. How many times have you stood on a shaky chair to switch a lightbulb? This is a basic job, but may be unsafe when using a chair. The Rubbermaid 3-Step Steel Stool is very easy to put together and you can climb upon it as if you are walking up the stairs.

You don't need to grab on to something to reach the top. As a result of small feet, it really isn't ideal for using it on soft ground. This particular 3-Step Stool is perfect for indoor jobs where you simply need to go up a few steps. Standing on the top step is not as safe as the bottom ones, but you can stand on it. This really is great if you want to clean the top areas of your cabinets or windows. It's also great for getting to the tops of curtains or drapes. In order to put up wallpaper, it's sturdy enough to climb up without holding on, to reach the top of the wall. You'll find that there are numerous uses for the stool after you get it.

The stool is ideal for portability and it can simply be folded in and out for fast implementation. Once folded away, it takes up very little space so it could be stored anywhere. Because of this stool, you will not have an excuse to not clean those hard-to-reach places. This stool is much easier to use for small jobs around the house instead of your six-foot step ladder.

You'll discover that it is much more secure to climb on the Rubbermaid 3-Step Steel Stool than it is to climb on a chair. The price is just $40, so it is a good investment for anybody who has to keep stepping up on a chair that is not sturdy to change a lightbulb.

You need to remember to sand all the parts thoroughly before you start putting together the tiki bar stools. Place two 46-inch poles next to each other and then determine and mark out the location 30 inches from their widest end. These ends will be the bottom of the bar stools legs. Take a 17-inch board and nail each end to the two poles, just below the location you demarcated. Make sure you make use of two screws on each side in order to secure it firmly. Repeat the procedure with the help of two 30-inch poles. These poles will act as the front legs of the stool. Take a 15-inch board, attach one end to one of the 30-inch poles and the other end to one of the 46-inch poles right at the 30-inches mark. Complete the frame by attaching another 15-inch board to the other poles.
