Hawk's last board with Powell unfortunately....went on to start Birdhouse with Per Welinder. In fact so many of the freestyle guys kept on in the industry: Rocco and Mullen with SMA, Harris with his skatepark.
The top of the deck had the mouse holding a shotgun with a smug grin on it's face, Keester's signature smoke rising from the barrel and a light rain of hawk feathers showering down.
Our designer created a whole lot of merchandise for our open source ePortfolio project Mahara. Our first stickers arrived this afternoon, and they look awesome! Can't wait to get my laptop skin.

The sticker on the window of my work place. I don't know what it means or why this is on the window, but I'm not going to remove it.

this is how i make inside the box stickers. I draw a simple malic on regular 8.5 " by 11" paper. then i cut him out and put him face up on the sticky side of some DHL 10 30 stickers. It is an easy and affective way of putting stickers on clear things so the image can be displayed on the other side.
My friend Rachel collected stickers in the middle 1990s- the walls of her room were covered in them. When she left the city to go to college, she peeled all the stickers and put them in this book. A few years later, when she moved to Boston, she gave me the book, and I've had it in a closet ever since. Today I took it out and photographed all 60 pages. It's a wonderful time capsule of urban sticker art in New York twenty years ago- lots of forgotten bands, graffiti artists, and clubs. Leave a comment if you notice any interesting ones!
After laser cutting a sheet of Acrylic into all sorts of wonderful little pieces you are left with the problem of how to remove them from the machine. The answer lifting with a sticker sheet, this machine measures out 9.5 inch squares of sticker sheet for just this purpose.
