Doing T’ai Chi puts me in a state of utmost bliss. Connecting with my chi is so balancing, invigorating, and peaceful.
I am perfectly balanced when finished. I could do T’ai Chi for hours and while doing it, time seems to stop; I am at peace and feel as if I am one with the Tao, if that were possible.
(Tao denotes something that is both the source and the driving force behind everything that exists. It is ultimately ineffable: "The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao.") It is at once the beginning of all things and the way in which all things pursue their course.
I taught Ballerina T’ai Chi. Being a dancer, she caught on quickly. However, we do have to work on her hand positions, though…
For my Flickr groups, friends, and contacts…

The California State Capitol taken back in June, 2007. I recently found these files to my surprise. I was in Sacramento for a class and decied to stop by the capitol to visit the Firefighter Memorial.
The building was built in the mid 1800's and completed between 1861-1874.

The Liauckama State was one of the largest states of Friesland and was inhabited by members of the genus Liauckama. The state, which was demolished in 1824 probably contained a 13th-century core. In 1420, the state first mentioned. After the initial state was demolished in 1824, the site was sold in 1838. In the area was in 1862 a Frisian farmhouse built. The gatehouse of the state dates back to 1604 and has been spared. In the gatehouse are called gimme holes, holes for the pigeons. On the grounds there is a hireling house from the 19th century. The farm and the gatehouse and the laborers home are recognized as national monument.
